“I ordered through the Subway App to get 20% off. I ordered 2 foot longs. When I got to the store I saw buy 2 footlongs and get 1 free. I was very disappointed that the App didn’t offer me that deal. Tubi was the person working there. She was really busy but took the time to help me out. She allowed me to cancel the order in the App and Resubmit it in store so I could get the free Foot Long! I cannot thank her enough for doing this. I am moving and have no food. I need all the deals I can get! She was super friendly and made all 3 sandwiches just how I like them. I will come back here for the excellent customer service. Thank you Tubi and you really helped me out.“
“The woman that prepared our sandwiches was very nice. I was happy that they had a note that you can “Order by Number and will do the rest“However, I had to still answer a bunch of questions. Oh well, no big deal. When we went to pour our drinks the fancy soda machine was almost out of everything and they don’t have Ice Tea sad face. Our sandwiches were delicious and the pretzel was not so good.“
