We have been multiple times since it has opened and every time we go the food is exceptional and the service is top notch.
Authentic Greek food at a fair price and they use romaine lettuce!! None of that iceberg lettuce just to save money. Thank you!

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Santee is a spot that is awesome, and its size should not fool anyone. The food is some of the best Greek around. The feta fries are delicious, and the gyro meat is super tasty. The chicken gyro is loved, and the ice cream and rice pudding are excellent. The Greek salad is one of the better ones, and the roasted egg plant appetizer is delicious. The chicken and the beef are cooked perfectly, and the salads and sauce are freshly made. The Chicken Souvlaki Plate has a generous portion of tender, moist chicken packed with flavor, and the rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The soup is a standout. The staff is friendly, attentive, and pleasant, and the young lady at the counter is customer friendly and a valuable asset. The prices are a bit high, and the chairs are not comfortable at all, but the food is very good with large portions. Everything ordered was fresh, flavorful, and thoroughly enjoyable. This is a very good restaurant for being new in Santee.
