Nice menu focused on seafood, with a large choice of starters, pasta, panned fish, tacos, lobsters, shrimps, etc. Everything was good (nothing fantastic either), including the desserts. Excellent service. Spacious and comfortable room inside, a few tables outside in the center of Saratoga.

Amazing staff and eats. We especially love Miles, one of the sweetest humans we’ve ever encountered. We’d be sure to return even if the halibut fish & chips weren’t great, which they were. Thanks for a fab experience and the happy energy!

My husband and I are repeat customers. The food and service have always been exceptional. The fish and chips and their calamari are the best we’ve ever had, hands down! We highly recommend Anchor’s Grill if you want awesome food and great service!

Certainly one of the best fish and chips that I ever had. The big piece of cod was perfectly fried. Better than the ones that I tried at the London's best fish and chips places. Their daily special Fish and chips with clam chowder was a great deal!

We were expecting a small fish and chip shop and were surprised to walk in to a restaurant. They have outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating. Had a very delicious meal and they really do real fish and chips. Anyone who's picky knows what I mean. I personally tried their lobster shrimp grilled cheese for something new, but my husband had the fish and chips.

Came here 12/03/2023 for dinner with friends. The environment was very friendly, welcoming. Our waiter is over the top and brings out the energy. Love it. For starters, we had the cheesy bread (forgot the photo) and the artichoke dip ( no pic also). They were both soooooooo dam good. I definitely recommend the dip. I honestly wished that we ordered two of it. I got a cup of clam chowder. It was surprisingly just as good as any other clam chowder I had but even better. The difference between the cup and the bowl of chowder was huge. The cup was $7 and bowl was $10. I would recommend the bowl . I also got the fish and chips combo (1 fish, 2 pawns, 2 scallops, w fries ) it came Crispy but when I turned the fish over, the crust was a bit soggy. Prob due to the heat trapped between it and the fries. I loved the house sauce which I brought some back home along w my leftover. Overall great experience and delicious foods. Would come again.

This place deserves 5-stars as it hits on all my pre-requisites: a nice, but casual vibe; super attentive and friendly service; great food; and fantastic value for what you pay. The only way how this place could get better is if they served cocktails. But then you probably would see me there every week...So what did we get:-Clam chowder cup ($7): Chowder came out hot. There were plenty of large clam chunks and the flavor was nice. Perfect on a cold and rainy day.-Oysters Kilpatrick ($14 for 4): The oysters were very meaty and the bacon had a strong flavor. I liked them but prefer Rockefeller. -Lobster Ravioli ($23): I don't think you'll be able to find lobster ravioli at this price anywhere. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the filling had plenty of shredded claw meat, there was a nice fresh lobster topping, and the accompanying sauce works well without overpowering the lobster flavors.-Fish 'n' Chips ($17): I've never seen such humongous servings. Those fillets were the size of my forearms. My husband said those were the best fish and chips in all of Cali. So if you have a craving, that's the spot. They also offered a halibut option for a little more, but my hubby swears by their cod.Honestly, a great spot with nice people. Give them a try.

It would be nice if their dinner service felt more upscale. The food warrants some kind of "dining" atmosphere.

Oh dear, I was soooo hopeful of a delicious fish restaurant nearby since Billy's Boston Chowder House left us. grrrrrr.I ordered a lobster roll, but they were out if the appropriate roll and substituted a hot dog bun. ugh.My husband ordered fish and chips. The fish was placed on top of the French fries so the fries were soggy and left uneaten. ugh.
