Very poor food taste wise, extremely oily and just weird spicy instead of expected flavours. Ordered Tom Kha soup which just tasted like sour water with coconut flavour.

Super friendly service. Had to wait for our food a bit, but it was definitely worth it!Parking: It's easier to find parking off the main street, behind the building. Look for the parking signs.

Amazing and authentic Thai food with great service. Recommend making reservations especially during the weekend because the place gets busy. Tons of options for vegetarians - they even make sure there is no fish sauce used if you’re ordering vegetarian dishes.

The food was really spectacular! We had the Green Curry with Chicken and the Pad Kee Mau. The quality of this place is lifted up by the food and would be lifted even higher had the service been better. We were on a date, while we don't expect it to be posh, we do expect the minimum. We had to eat out dinner with a table next to us with dirty dishes from the coupe that had left just as we sat down. There were at least three uncleared tables. Not only is it unsightly- it brings in flies. What was really frustrating is - there were times the server was just sitting there looking at the tables!I think I may stick to take out with this place.

I wanted to try this place . Their website said it was opened but sadly that was false .

Best Thai in the South Bay! I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Bai Tong - it's small and cozy but the tables have their own space and are not packed in. The service is a little slow (we had to track someone down a few times for water), but it's friendly and we were okay with that!Fresh veggie spring rolls and veggie Tom Kha Gai soups were an excellent start to our meal. The chicken satay was also well received by the two in our party that aren't vegetarian . We ordered two spicy noodles (one medium and one mild) and one green curry. All excellent! A few tips: definitely make a reservation! I think it would be hard to walk in and get a table. Last call for food is at 8pm, so plan on coming early!

We arrived at almost 5 p.m. for dinner on Saturday evening and were so glad that we made a reservation as the restaurant was already packed. We were greeted and seated with warmth welcome. All the food dishes come out promptly and delicious.Po Tak were delicious with a great blend of spicy and sour combination. Spicy Lamb was delicious and goes great with all the meals on the table. Will come back for all this yummy food again!

Stopped by this place before a Friday Night concert at Mountain Winery. Called earlier in the week to get a reservation. Was one big table filled and a couple of smaller tables. Not sure we needed a reservation, but always nice to have one. Normally just have 1 appetizer, but the shrimp rolls and chicken sate sounded good. They were both delicious. Chicken skewers were cooked perfectly and the Peanut Sauce had good flavor. Each shrimp roll had 1 shrimp rolled in a wrapper (maybe wonton wrapper??). Very crispy. For our main dishes we ordered the Duck Curry, Panang Curry Pork, and Pad Thai with Chicken. All were delicious. Sauce was great and Pad Thai was moist and flavorful. My wife and I were stuffed. No room for dessert.

I’m not big on doing an actual review myself however, this little BIG gem truly deserves the 5 star review. My friend and I recently had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon with no reservations, just as a walk-in and I am extremely please with the staffs attentiveness the minute you walk in the door to the second you leave. Not only is the customer service great but the food we had was AMAZING! I am Thai myself so I KNOW authentic Thai food and this is just that! I ordered Pad see ew (flat noodles) with prawns, mild and my friend ordered Pad Thai with Prawns, mild. It was nothing short of delicious. Our waiter ( i forget his name but he seemed to be about late 30 or early 40s, idk if that helps lol) helped my friend order because this was both of our first times there and she’s picky. He explained the difference in sauce used in cooking specific dishes and which would be sweeter, tangy and/or spicy, etc. WE appreciated his knowledge of the vast dishes bc most staff do not know what goes into the dish. For that he also contributed to a 5 star review! All in all, it was a delight having lunch here and I honestly would drive from San Jose to Bai tong again. Thank you So much for having us!

Food was very good, service is friendly and accommodating. Well decorated and open dining area. We started with the Chicken Satay. And had 2 curries and two noodle dishes. When asked on spice level he said between 1 and 10 with 5 being medium which he warned some people say that's hot. Well we went for 3 thinking the curry would have some character but not excessive. Two warnings 3 is noticeably warm and I would certainly say medium hot after consuming very much of it. Also the heat level pertains to all dishes, not just curries. Thus our Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were also quite warm. I would say having one dish that was 3, 4 or maybe 5 would be fine; however, 4 dishes all 3 seemed a bit intense.I would return, but would be more cautious in selecting heat levels, especially with multiple people of varying acceptance of spiciness.
