An absolute gem!

This family-owned Mexican place is a must try if you are in the area!
- Every dish bursts with authentic flavor (IMO) and FRESH! from the fresh salsa to the perfectly seasoned entrées.
- The staff treats you like family. Also attentive and funny!
- The place is clean, cozy with great vibes.

We had a great dinner and early b-day celebration. We will come back for sure. Again, definitely a must-try spot for anyone who loves great food, great people, and genuine hospitality!

Food was excellent - chicken fajitas and chile Colorado. Pinto beans were especially good. Dinner salad had fresh ingredients. Service was friendly, food came out fast on a Saturday night that was a bit busy.

Best Mexican food joint in San Jose! Food legit tastes like your abuela's homemade dishes and I've been hooked ever since learning this place existed. Come check them out! You won't regret it.

Love this restaurant! Miguel is carrying on the family tradition with opening up a new Casa Lupe. I have been to the Moutain View Casa Lupe for many years. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was very friendly and I was served without having to wait too long. I would like to see more lunch time options, maybe they will after getting established. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer. Check it out for yourself! :)

So happy that Casa Lupe has opened another location.
These are old family recipes, made with love. Everything is super fresh and very nice quality. The service is friendly and prompt. This is a great place to unwind and enjoy a great variety of dishes. Seating inside and outside. I'm especially fond of the chicken mole and chile verde.
Some parking in the front, lots of parking behind the building.

Great Fajitas! Warm soft tortillas with large pieces of steak comes sizzling on a platter like it should. Great chips and salsa and the green tomatillo sauce is awesome. My son said the Horchata is fantastic and he loves horchata. They also made the tacos street taco style for him which tasted great. What a great find. Nice casual sit down place in the patio made it feel authentic. I always drove by seeing lots of folks enjoying the place so glad I dropped in finally.
