I'd been wanting to check out Cinnabar for while, and finally got around to it on Sunday. We arrived right when they opened at 1PM, and were the first patrons through the door. The staff member was initially unfriendly about my service animal, but we grabbed a high-top table inside, since it was raining. This is located in the heart of Sarotoga with parking all around. We were lucky they had a live band playing that day outside but the place also had great seating inside which allowed some of us to pick a table and enjoy conversations with the tasting and music in the background. They did have multiple flights to chose from with great service - the staff was knowledgeable. one could also select a drink by the glass. I’ve been here twice and the second time was amazing! Michelle was fantastic and so much fun to talk to! I was sitting by myself at the counter and we engaged in great conversation.
