Some of the best Alfredo sauce i have had to date. The pepperoni pizza was absolutely delicious. Bread was warm and fluffy. Crabcakes were so cheesey and delicious. We also ordered the mushroom lasagna. Super filling and flavorful. My friend loved her clam chowder and cesar salad. We will definitely be back when driving through.

Great place to get some authentic Italian food. Ended up going there by chance, and we couldn't be happier. Food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was great. Our daughter had a great time interacting with the staff, who were also very friendly.

Delicious food. All the appetizers are legit. Great salmon. The dessert was on point. This place is good for big groups, dog friendly and a nice traditional Italian meal. Only other place better is Italy.

We came here for lunch . Pretty big and spacious restaurant . Loved the pasta. Gnocchi and pesto was on the sweeter side . Would have preferred the traditional taste.

We absolutely love this place!!!!!! Arlem is the sweetest, most conscientious server, and the food is always delicious. The pizza is the best around, and the burrata is amazing. Can’t recommend a restaurant any higher. Seriously. ?

I have always loved Florentine and wanted to introduce my family to the yummy bread and cheese sauce.I had the lasagna. It wasn't like I remembered. Something about the sauce has changed. Not as rich as I remembered. The bread and cheese was just the way it was thirty years ago. I swear I could just come in for a meal of bread and cheese.

Came here on Sunday afternoon by word of mouth. We did not know this restaurant existed until then. We're are glad that we were told about it. Upon entering Florentine Trattoria, we were greeted and seated. Drinks and food orders taken soon after.AppetizersBread: hot, soft, fantasticCrab cakes: great flavorStuffed Portobello Mushroom: cheesey and saucy, great flavorMain courseLasagna: would have liked a bigger portion but sauce and overall flavor was greatHalf & Half: sauce needed a little bit of salt, but the veal ravioli flavor was greatTagliatelle Bolognese: nice portion size and good flavorLinguine Portofino: each bite was enjoyable, flavor was on pointDefinitely a place to visit again, especially early on when they just open because it wasn't busy and it was quiet.

Downtown Saratoga staple! Two of us ordered:-glass of sauvignon $13-florentine cobb salad $17.95, was charged another $0.75 for a different dressing since the vinaigrette was too salty-burrata $13.50, was good-1 large 6 piece bread $3.50The 1st round of bread is complimentary (2 slices each person I believe). I always love eating the bread here. Both orders of bread came out piping hot and it was delicious!Staff was friendly and attentive.Parking available in the back.

This was our second time at this restaurant and we loved it so much. Despite catering to an older crowd, they welcomed our baby and accommodated for her quite a bit.The clam chowder was only slightly warm when we got it, so it wasn't the best it's ever been. Our main dishes (ciopinno and a seafood pasta dish) were amazing. The lasagne al forno was a smaller portion than we expected, but it was still good. The bread and cheese basket at the beginning of the meal was very good.
