Had our anniversary dinner here and the service was great. We also received complimentary sparkling wine for our anniversary, which was a really nice treat. Great vegetarian options (Cauliflower steak, salads, and sides).

We had a lovely evening celebrating our 45th Anniversary. Good was wonderful, staff a delight. Thank you!
Our experience at Flower was incredibly disappointing. We had a reservation confirmed 30 minutes before arriving, but when we got there, the host told us our table had been given to walk-in guests. This is unacceptable. We asked for any other available table, but he insisted there were none and we’d have to wait for the walk-ins to leave.
I was traveling with my father and young daughter, so instead of arguing, we left our name on the list and went next door. The host there suggested we try Flower again, and after hearing our story, he took us back, asked if we were okay sitting outside, and personally set up a table for us.
While I appreciate his help, the host at Flower clearly needs more training. Reserved tables should not be given away to walk-ins. The servers and food were fine, but the initial experience was a total letdown.

Simply art for the eyes and taste buds. The atmosphere at Flowers is light, yet formal enough for any special occasion. The cocktails were beautifully presented with a wide range of choices (although no alcohol free beer, which is too bad because there are a growing number of really good artisan low alcohol beers out there).
The food was as gorgeous as it was sumptuous. We stared with the blue fin tuna bites, which was enough for three of us to have one each (so we ordered two orders), along with the prawn cigars (4 in that order). Amazing.
Our party ordered the diver scallops with a crispy rice cake and pork belly, the Cortez halibut with garlic cream, the duck breast with risotto and cherry chutney, and the misoyaki cod with forbidden rice. All were cooked beautifully (the scallops were a tad overdone but that’s being slightly critical). I would have liked the pork belly to have been a little less done too. But the fried rice cake made up for those slight imperfections.
The forbidden rice and cod was a pleasant surprise, definitely the best cod I’ve ever had and paired with the forbidden rice it was a stellar combination. And the halibut was unbelievably good.
Desserts were also decadently good. We ordered the key lime pie, the deconstructed apple pie, and the bread pudding. We all thought the bread pudding stole the show so if you are limited to just one, go with that.
And the service? Quirky and excellent with our server having a great sense of humour and good recommendations.
Less than full marks for their decaf coffee though, but it may have just been a mechanical failure.
This restaurant is worth coming to, and returning to often!

This is one of the best and finest dinners we have had in a long time. I love the theme where every plate comes out with fresh cut flowers and beautiful Arrangements of food and flowers. The drinks are otherworldly and well worth trying a few. We loved Kiss a bubble. They also take special requests and we're able to see this next to a window so we can enjoy the slow Town hustle and bustle of Saratoga and our dinner. The waiter was such a good host and the light comedian. Plus I loved his mohawk. very upbeat dining that will leave you feeling just right. We will definitely be back to enjoy special occasions at this restaurant in the future. Might I add and continue how good their scallops were and halibut was on point.

The food looks good but the taste is meh. Cod is not very fresh and too sweet. Prawn cigar and tataki are ok but kind of bland. Lamb is not good. Worst one is the special dish lobster slider, all I can taste is the mayo sauce. The lobster meat is not very fresh as well, also contains small pieces of lobster shell

I made a reservation three weeks prior to my visit and they put me in the most beautiful corner window along with my two buddies to celebrate a birthday. Such a gorgeous decor it has. The food was delicious! We split 5-6 dishes 3 ways and it was perfect. Blue fin tuna was amazing. Our server let us stay for nearly 3 hours! He took such good care of us the whole evening. We will definitely come back next year, for tradition. But I will bring other friends and family back when I can!!!
We were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday so I went to OpenTable to book the reservation but had some problems. I requested a table at 6:30 PM on Saturday and OpenTable returned a reservation on Thursday at 4:00 pm, the restaurant does not open for dinner until 5 PM. I called the restaurant directly and spoke to Alan, the manager, and he was kind enough to reserve a table for me at 7:15 PM on Saturday. he asked me to let him know when we arrived. We arrived and were greeted warmly and with a smile by the hostess, shown to our table immediately, and she let Alan know that we were seated. Alan came over and introduced himself and apologized for the problem with the reservation and at our request made some menu recommendations. To start we had the cigar prawns, followed by the smoke duck salad, Misoyaki Cod, and finished off with the espresso chocolate mousse and a glass of 30-year-old port. The foodif course, was amazing but the true highlight of the evening was our server, Tim. They were shorthanded so he was working 12 tables in our section and he never stopped moving. His energy level, enthusiasm for the food and our selections, and is overall energy never wained during the 2 1/2 hours that we were there. He addressed us both by name and even though he was extremely busy we never felt rushed. The only downsize was the noise level, the restaurant was full and it was very difficult to carry on a conversation across the table with my girlfriend. Other than that, it was an amazing experience and we will be going back.
