Flowers should fall under fine dining and they should not make the simple mistake. Overall the food and atmosphere are amazing, especially the dessert, but I was disappointed when the lamb chops served medium well when I asked medium rare.

The whole menu was just outstanding- the food is inventive, playful, and . The same was true for the cocktails.

Gorgeous fun ambiance. The interior decor is excellent! Immediately the vibe was above par.At the beginning of the meal, they asked us if we were celebrating anything, and we told them it was our wedding anniversary. At the very end, they surprised us with a beautiful little dessert for free! That was really nice. I really appreciated that.I wanted a fun drink I saw on Instagram, but unfortunately, the non-alcoholic drink seemed a bit lackluster in terms of style and pizzazz. See the hummingbird cocktail for example. Still, the drink itself tasted good. All of the dishes that we got looked impeccable. They’ve definitely nailed the plating and styling of the dish. I wish I had taken more pictures of the food. The cod was excellent!

Such a terrific resto to visit in Saratoga, Ca. Stumbled in on a Saturday night hungry and thirsty . Sat at the bar and ordered a few appetizers, an entree, a few drinks and dessert. The bartender whipped up a "Kumquat Sour" for the misses and a Walker Black neat for me.Prawn Cigars, Wagyu Carpaccio and Wagyu Sliders for starters. Delicious! Our entree was the Papita Crusted Halibut. We shared and enjoyed! Finished with a Blood Orange Creme Brule and an Espresso Martini. Such a great meal!

Just enjoyed a very lovely anniversary dinner here, and while it was a lovely experience, it felt like it missed the mark on the few of their servings. First and foremost, the service was great and the staff very attentive, especially our gentleman busser who kept a very keen eye on our needs. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and felt very light even in the evening. We started with the Prawn Cigars which were delicious and the highlight of the night. The wasabi sauce was simply delightful.Next we had the beef marrow, which I was so looking forward to. Unfortunately, the garlic bread ciabatta it was served with was extremely heavy on the butter resulting in a fat on fat experience, which didn't leave us feeling too great. Non-buttered bread and a dash of citrus would have made it great. For the mains we had the scallops and the fillet steak. I found the scallops to be fine but my husband found the polenta to be too heavy. The steak was cooked to PERFECTION and while the dish has a lot of components, it all went together beautifully, though I will say the truffle aspect of the mashed potatoes was lost amongst all the other flavors. The goat cheese on the steak as well was inspired. For dessert, my husband had the sorbet, which was tasty but hard set in molds and then hard to cut through when eating. I had the deconstructed apple pie, which was tasty in most bites but was kind of ruined by the homage to baklava it was attempting. Specifically, the addition of honey in the sugar work and caramel, which came out slightly burnt tasting. Would have been better if they had (1) heated up the heavy whipping cream, mixed in the honey, and then chilled and whipped, or (2) done a honey glazed walnut and blitzed it down.

Beautiful place. Delightfully delicious and fantastic service. Wasn't too loud so we could talk.

Came for a date and loved it! It's a small place, well designed and decorated and the music was really good. Great selection of unique cocktails. Food selection is small and accurate enough to please everyone. We got the tomato burrata which was super fresh, the tomatoes were juicy but not too soft. The roasted bone marrow was AMAZING I really think you shouldn't skip it since it's one the best I had and it's not a dish that is easily found. Wagyu carpaccio was yummy, fine cut pieces but it would be nice to have if the tostadas they serve with the burrata or bone marrow. Wagyu sliders are great as well, great portion of 3 pieces, the tomato jam that was added was sweet and reminded caramelized onion. Highly recommended to get truffle fries as a side - these are def once of the best truffle fries I had! Thin and perfectly fried, you can really feel the truffles in each bite, it was divine I could eat them forever! Lamb chops were perfectly cooked, also great portion. We had to leave room for dessert so we got boxes (: and ordered the chocolate cake a classic dessert which had a perfect texture. The staff was nice, friendly and professional and we will definitely be coming back for more.

Great experience we'll definitely come back! Food was amazing, we had the tomato burrata, mini Wagyu sliders and truffle fries (don't skip those, they're delicious) Wagyu carpaccio, bone marrow and lamb chops. Everything was perfectly cooked, staff was friendly and professional. The place is beautifully designed, nice music at the background at a decent level so you can hear it but still talk and listen to you partner. Totally recommend and we'll definitely come back for more.

It was a very satisfying meal. Food was good and our server, Kaitlyn was excellent and both made up an excellent dining experience.

This was my second time visiting Flowers and I get more and more impressed with every visit. The selections on the menu are always interesting and delicious. The presentation is beautiful. We brought family visiting from out of town and they also loved it! My favorite item was the goat cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates. We also got the waygu sliders, short ribs, steak, pomegranate salad, and brussel sprouts. I had a delicious espresso martini as well. Our waitress was very helpful and made some great suggestions. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I enjoyed my experience at FlowersWe got the scallops cod burata and ahi tunaMy favorite was probably the cod dish but scallop was close up there. It's a cute nice restaurant but pricy for what you get. ($50 for three pieces of scallops)So probably would prefer to try other restaurants as well as the food didn't blow my mind but it was yummy.

My friend and I dined here last weekend and we were both left feeling disappointed. After we were seated it took about 30 minutes before someone checked on us and took our order. Once the host realized this happened he made a great effort to apologize and the manager took our drinks off the ticket as a nice gesture. I'm giving them two stars because the food was really subpar, I didn't even bother taking pictures. We ordered the braised short ribs and after you got through the fat the meat was dry and they used way too much truffles, it over powered everything. The Brussels were over saturated in apple cider vinegar and the bacon was burnt. The lobster sliders were the best thing we ate there. The cocktail was was good, I did take a picture of that. We definitely won't dine here again with all the other choices in Saratoga. Very disappointing!
