What a great dinner! If you are a sake aficionado, then I highly recommend this restaurant. Be prepared to spend 4 hours there, but they only do one seating night and the food and service is outstanding.
Best restaurant for Kaiseki dinner. So glad he opened Hashiri. The menu is changed every month depending on the season. All the sushi was fresh. Every dish was delicious. They also have rare and limited sake.
