We order 2 bergers the price was to higher 15 for each Berger it’s was ok but the bad part of it is the Berger for 15 bucks it’s not worth it it’s to small of a Berger also the meat was not cooked all the way it looks red to me

We ordered directly on their website the night before for pickup today. My wife arrived to pick up the order and they said the printer had printed out the order “late” and so the pizza was still in the oven. She waited 25 minutes from the scheduled pickup time to finally get our pizza.

It’s understandable that things can go wrong, but how a business treats their customers in these situations is really enlightening. Rather than attempt to offer anything for the inconvenience, not even a token “here’s a coupon to spend more money at our restaurant”, they just said there’s nothing they could do. They just bake the pizzas when the order gets printed and even though the order was placed a day earlier, that wasn’t their problem. They said she could come back and talk to the manager “Nick” if she wanted.

This customer service apathy is really disappointing.

Their pizza was actually not bad IMO, though my kids thought the base was “too crispy”. I would shy away from the fries though.

Great down home pizza place. We the combo and BBQ chicken pizzas both were great.

Pizza is not the greatest, but is ok. Overall the restaurant is very clean and isn't too noisy. It is a good place if you want pizza.

Good pizza! Super busy on Saturday nights. They "accidentally" gave our order away to someone else, but remade our order right away. Would try again if I'm in the area

Good food. Garlic Fries came out drenched in oil. Pizza is consistently good from any of the Jake’s locations. No complaints besides being too busy some days. That’s a good problem!

This is one of several Jakes, Garrett, and Garrett Staion in the South Bay. Great pizza, sandwiches, salads, burgers, etc. Great service and food. Very reasonable prices.

The best pizza I've had in 35 years. I'm from California but moved to Texas. I'm here visiting my family and I really enjoyed this pizza. Thank you for the amazing experience. Great service

When we want pizza, we go to Jake's. I ordered online and it was fairly easy to get what I wanted. The make your own pizza user interface is workable, though not the smoothest. It's fine. The order was 100% accurate, the pizza is delicious and it's a great value.
