A lovely evening for the five of us. All the food is great and service as well. We enjoyed really good salads with very good ranch dressing, Mediteranian cheese fondue, cheddar fondue, an assortment of meat and fabulous chocolate frondue with lots of goodies.

The service was terrible. I made a reservation a month ago and they tried to seat us at two different tables. To sit together, we had to move to the patio, Crazy..... our server was new so we tried to have patience but it was really bad. The food was still good but they changed the menu so it's the same price as before the remodel but now for one person instead of two, essentially doubling the price. We will not be back.

Exceptionally slow service. What should be a 1.5 to maybe 2 hour dinner took us 3 hours. Nobody originally asked if we wanted drinks, it took 20 minutes just to get us water and greet us at our table, and staff seemed confused

Always have a great time at La Fondue. It’s such a fun spot and the food never disappoints. It can be a bit of a long visit, but honestly that’s part of the whole experience. The Four Cheese and Stinking Rose fondues are both amazing, and the fondue feast is the way to go if you want to try a little of everything. The spinach salad is super good too. Just don’t eat the whole thing if you want to save room for the rest. And the Big Chocolate fondue at the end? Sooo good. Always a favorite.

This is my favorite spot but this was my worst experience. The burner didn't work so everything took really long to cook. My scallop I thought cooked was gross as it was raw. The burner turned off and on throughout whole experience so the waiter turned the heat up which burned our food. We also didn't get our water refilled without asking and besides the initial drink order we were never offered a drink again. No coffee or anything. I don't know if they were understaffed that day or what but I brought a friend from out of town to experience this place and they didn't get a decent experience at all. I don't know why we weren't moved to a different table since The Bernard didn't work consistently.
Great experience as usual at La Fondue! Servers were attentive and food was delicious. I liked that our server explained all the sauces and pairings for our meats. Great value for the La Romantique deal!

Loved our dinner, as usual. Service was ok, food was great, but we were sat in a room in the back that was not my favorite. Bright spotlights shining from the ceiling and quite loud with a large table and 2 others seated nearby. Wished we were spread out a little more since it wasn't busy. Will definitely be back

If you've ever been to a real fondue place in Europe, don't come here. Seriously. The concept is strange, not an authentic fondue. The quality of food is not good. The price is high indeed for the value. Slow service didn't help either. The place is kind of creepy. I was very disappointed. The only good thing for me were the drinks.
