I have known the Korean waitress since the E 3rd Avenue, San Mateo location days. Extremely friendly waitress. Food portion is always generous and decent quality. I have been to both locations but sadly, the San Mateo location doesn't exist anymore.

if there was a 6th star I would give it. I ordered doordash and some of my friends have a severe allergy. I called the restaurant and the woman that answered my call was super clear and concise that there were none of their allergies in the sushi. what really put this place over the top was: after the dasher had picked up my order, the same woman called me back and double checked that only the salad dressing had the allergen. that type of attention to detail, memory, and care...
