We had a lovely late lunch. Pasta was cooked al dente and to perfection. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and my guest ordered the gemelli with the organic mushroom ragout, black truffle cream sauce and parmesan. To compliment our tasty meal, we enjoyed their refreshing frozen lemonade withe vodka, lemon and yuzu. The ambience was pleasant and quiet/romantic. The service was great. You order your items and they deliver them to your table. The weather was wonderful, plenty of parking (even for a sunny Friday afternoon), and there are tons of boutiques, shops, bakeries nearby in the Pruneyard shopping center.

We were in town just for the night and looked for at place to get some pasta. This place has the most delicious pasta we have had for a long time. Cooked al dente, and the once we had tasted so good.
I was excited to try this place during mybirthday trip. All of the photos and reviews looked great so my expectations were high. I loved how quick the service was, but ordering off a QR code wasn’t my favorite. The bread was delicious (flaky salt was a nice touch). Themushroom soup was excellent - the croutons offered a satisfying crunch and didn’t go soggy. I had the vegetarian rigatoni with beyond meat red sauce - overall it was good but was heavier than expected and I could eat about half of my dish. EDM played constantly, so not exactly the calm relaxing dinner spot I was craving.
Delicious gluten free pasta! Service is great!
There are many things to love about this place: the atmosphere in a nice neighborhood, the flat service fee, and most importantly, the spirit of the people who make and serve food. That basically trumps everything. I love the passion of one of the chefs when I talk to him. He cares about food and people who eat it. That definitely reflects into the quality of food as well. The pasta is perfectly cooked, not too chewy or lack texture. The foccacia captivated us. The cannoli fills with dessert cheese rather than custard so it is dense. With all good things being said, I would like to highlight two points: (1) be careful with the bread. It is tempting. Don't eat too much of it otherwise you will be too full to enjoy the rest of the meal. (2) The pasta with uni cream is a bit too bitter to my taste. I rather recommend the mushroom one with truffle. Very bold and flavorful.
Phenomenal pasta! Very delicious. Note that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. You order at the counter and then take a number. There is seating outside on the patio and inside. Service was speedy. Decor of the restaurant was simple but pleasant. It was a bit pricey for the portion size but if you're willing to splurge, this is a great place to treat yourself!
Parking: Parked in a free lot and walked about two blocks to the restaurant.
Food was amazing!! I especially loved the mushroom soup. Removed one star because they take your order and give your tray and utensils despite there not being enough seating. This was a bit of a hassle since many people were left without seating for awhile.
I Had the orecchiette pasta with broccoli rabe last night. They only used the rabe stems and no flowers therefore, no rabe flavor. The toasted bread crumbs with rosemary was the pronounced flavor. I could not make out the sauce flavor but, it did not add to the dish. I was not sure what they were trying to achieve with this dish but I found it disappointing .
The service is kind and polite(5 star). Complete vegetarian order. Salad was super delicious. Rigatoni paste was fresh. It’s just little unsatisfying as sipping on a lukewarm tomato soup. Will go back again.

Taste good and looks nice✨✨✨The vegetarian options are so delicious.I really recommend this restaurant???
I gotta say this blows any Italian restaurant out of the water. Dont expect fine dining It's no frills great for families and kids but just delicious food and drinks were fantastic especially for the price. Let me know if you find anything better for the price.
The vibe isn’t as good as it used to be, unfortunately. The last few times I’ve come, the staff seems overwhelmed, but polite and professional. Food quality is still high, but ambience leaves something to be desired.
Great little pasta shop in downtown Saratoga. They are from the owners of Plumed Horse, and even have the same focaccia bread (which is outstanding). Pasta dishes were also very good, everything was fresh, flavors were balanced, and plating was pretty good too. From what I could tell, they don't really have a FOH, but rather do a mandatory 15% tip and the chefs are the ones bringing out your food/checking if everything is okay - which is super cool. You can tell this is a place that cares about both the food and the people making it.
Went for lunch and had a really excellent tomato soup, and followed it up with a truffle mushroom gemelli. It was all very flavor full and filling without the portion sizes being too much. Will definitely go back
