Recently visited this location for the first time after the shopping complex at Cox was rebuilt and the new store opened. High ceiling and floor to ceiling glass windows give off that wide open, spacy vibe that I love. Ample parking and seating, good number of power outlets, polite staff. But the music was EXTREMELY loud and I don’t think I can cope with that for another visit.

Moved to the corner of Cox and Paseo Presada. Amazing Staff. Emily the old manager of Big Basin Wy. Starbucks in Saratoga Village manages this store. She hopes to have weekend hours in 30 days and extended hours in 60 days. A beautiful Starbucks with chil outdoor seating.

Woo Hoo!! They're open again after an extremely long shutdown after the Quito Village was torn down to build new homes on the lot. Placed a mobile order and picked it up a few minutes later. Very nice and clean open space inside. Nice!! 👍🏼

This Starbucks location in particular is my cheers. Not only do they make the drinks the best out of any Starbucks I’ve been to in the Bay Area, but they know my name and how I like my iced latte (sleeve and short straw). Most importantly though, they know me! EVERYONE is so friendly they know and always know what’s going on. I’m sure they have a Bajillion people that they have to remember tiny details for but they make me feel special every time. For example, we were talking about how I was going to get my hair done the next day. I came in this morning to get my breakfast and this is what I saw ? ??. You guys are so stinking cute. I love you.

I stopped here to refuel mid ride last week and the lady at the counter that took my order completely messed it up. Waited 15 mins to find out there's no order with my name in on it and they seem to be going on with their day instead of trying to fix this error. How could you charge me and then not care about this kind of error is beyond me. I had run out of time and had to leave. I don't know her name but this one older lady(sorry, i shoukd have asked her name but was in a hurry) was kind enough to give me some water as I was on my way out but the rest of the staff need some training in customer service.

Great Starbucks that’s been here for many years. Clean, ample parking and good wide handicap spots. I love their gifts in this Starbucks, especially their unique mugs. They greet you with a warm hello and a big smile. Their coffee is always perfectly made. There are many Starbucks but this one is extremely chic and homey, nice and warm inside too. A delightful treat on a gloomy day. It was very nice of them to let me snap away taking my pictures and they did not ask me why I was taking them, which is extremely nice!
