Great Ambiance with a beautiful patio and bar and friendly staff. The food is limited and they close the patio too early. It would be perfect if they expanded the menu. It always seems uncrowded, which is crazy because it's such a cool place.

We recently stayed at The Inn while we were visiting from Canada to attend a friends wedding. The location was steps away from the Main Street and close to great shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is quant and very quiet which made for a very relaxing few days. The rooms have been recently upgraded and have the most comfortable beds and bathrobes. As soon as you walk in the door you are hit with the most amazing scent which reminded me of a trip to the Langham Hotel in London England. My only complaint is there is no where to go after 8/9pm. The town shuts down and you can’t access the bar or patio. Antonio was a great host and was always very helpful.

Liked the setting next to brook and trees, but no pool and no included breakfast. Floor was sticky, AC not cooling, ceiling tile flapping when AC was on. Wanted to like it but the value was not there.

Nothing special. We were in room 500, which is adjoining, and there’s a nice little gap under the door so you and your neighbors can hear each other. The room is oddly laid out with strangely located light switches. The plus is that is was a super easy drive to and from the mountain winery for a concert. Room wasn’t all that clean. Some odd yellow goop on the wall. The screen on the deck is broken and off track. Appreciated the in room fridge. The downstairs “pantry” is super limited and was out of most beverages. Plus was the bedding was comfortable. The actual mattress, just so so. Not a lot of choices in the area, so they don’t have to do much to fill up on an event night.

The property is clean, quiet, and located in an amazing part of the town. We were able to walk to everything we needed. Our balcony room overlooked a small babbling brook and fragrant eucalyptus trees. We slept so deeply on their appropriately firm pillow top mattresses. The reason we will come back is because of the people who work there. Everyone from the cleaning crew to the front desk was kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Antonio at the front desk. He helped us research and made wonderful recommendations. He could be a concierge at the most metropolitan hotel while still making you feel like you're an old friend. We definitely recommend staying here!

A real relaxing place. Everyone was super nice and extremely helpful and hospitable. Not noisy, extremely interested in your comfort. Have a great view of the brook. The sound of the flowing brook was relaxing.

I had a great stay at this hotel for a couple nights for my work trip and I was glad to find this gem. Located in a small and quaint town, surrounded by mountains nearby for hiking. I always enjoy supporting local businesses. Back to why this hotel is a great stay, the staff, everyone is amazingly friendly. a shoutout to Antonio, Rebekka, and other staff for their wonderful service!! I especially enjoyed the room with a balcony overlooking the stream next to the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, next time I am back in NorCal.

My wife and I spent a night here and it was fantastic. The front desk guys were awesome as was the bartender. It was close to many restaurants and wine tasting. Looking forward to returning and spending more time in this historic downtown.

Great experience! My husband and I stayed here just overnight and I wish we could have stayed longer! Staff was professional and kind, hotel was beautiful and very clean. We are Hilton diamond members and we have not been too pleased with our Hilton stays lately until our stay here in Saratoga. Highly recommend!

This was a business trip but I had my wife with me on this trip. I was looking for something she would enjoy but easy enough to meet with customers in the San Jose and Mountain View area. The hotel turned out to be perfect for both. While I conducted business, my wife walked the quiet town of Saratoga, read to the sounds of the creek running beside the hotel, and made friends with the staff and locals. Most nights we walked to a local restaurant for dinner. Such a better pace than the hustle of the surrounding technology driven city centers. Loved the hotel, staff and location.
This property was a quiet and well kept property. Opening the door onto the little sitting area off the back of the room overlooked a creek which runs beside the property. The Inn at Saratoga was the nicest property where we stayed during a recent trip to Northern California

This fabulous hotel is one of a kind!! Definitely a hidden gem in the valley. Coming here for my anniversary was such a great idea, the location is prime! We can see and hear the lively creek just right outside or balcony. With magnificent view of the Wildwood park and nature. Alex, Antonio and Genesis made our stay even better with their warm hospitality. The happy hour with Victor was fun all around and the small plates were delightful. This property didn’t disappoint at all. Will return in the future. Thank you everyone!
