Ordered a large roast beef. Picture looked great. Better called a large roast fat and leather. Cost $17. Should have gone elsewhere and had a real meal for the money. Will not return !

Worst experience I have ever had at a Togo’s. Employees were extremely rude and dismissive I was in line waiting to order and would ask people for their orders behind me not acknowledging our existence.

Very Very Rude Staff, PERIOD! Lacks employee professionalism and customer service skills. It doesn't matter how good the food may be, when you have rude staff, customers do not want to spend their hard earned money at this establishment. It would be helpful to managementif i could identify the 2 women employee's specifically but no name tags are worn for me to properly do so in this review. Physical description so the correct employee's can be addressed, both early 20's if even that old, short in stature medium built, 1 had wavy partly dyed red colored hair the other woman straight partly dyed blue colored hair with nose piercings. They also did not realize that I can speak/understand Spanish as they spoke about customers including me. I didn't address them as I didn't want anything unusual done to my food.

I don't think I will ever go back to this location. My sandwich was good however the staff is rude and non welcoming. When I approached the counter to place my order I had a smile on my face and said hello how are you with no reply. So I then went on to place my order with the staff member that never really acknowledged me and when i would ask a question I would get no response back. As I was leaving I thought to myself wow if your that miserable with your job you should quit. Worst customer service ever.

Come here for the slowest service ever! Tried twice. Had one hour to spare before i had to pick up my son from school (4 min drive away) Wanted to dine in but both times, I had no time to eat because of the slow service with 2 cashiers and only one or two people ahead of me. That's ridiculous! Also, they had no clue about the rewards app and since I just downloaded it, I didn't know you had to scan it before paying. That was their job to know anyway. Teach your employees how to do their job!
Lazy staff didn't fully cut the bread and veggies or do a good job if wrapping the wrap.

they say fast food this location horrible I walked in waited at counter for 3-5 minutes before one lady ask me do you have a mobile order I answered no I'd like to order she said ok give us few minutes. ( there are 4-5 employees there ) I waited 5 minutes then sat down waited another few minutes still no order taken and no one is in line there only mobile orders if it's like that might as well make take out only waited 25 minutes and no order or attention I left will not come back here to this location horrible 5 employee no one can take an order from one person waiting inside

Excellent sandwiches and friendly staff, but somewhat unkept both inside and out, but overall still good - the outside dining tables are a nice amenity, even though there are only two or three tables.

Ordered 1 sandwich, 1 wrap, 3 chips, and 1 cookie through online ordered. Sent someone else to pick it up. Thankfully he called me. They had only prepared the one sandwich and thought that was the whole order. In the end, they still left out the 3rd chips package. On top of this disappointment, I ended up with the stomach flu. The Togo's wrap was the ONLY thing I ate, and now the idea of food just makes me want to retch. I will never go back.
