If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered for pick up, the seafood soup had fake crab in it which wasn’t listed on the menu. The beef salad states charbroiled beef and it looked like boiled beef and the pictures don’t match what I received . We asked for well done chicken on chicken teriyaki and it was barely cooked. We couldn’t eat $75 of food. The lady that answered the phone handed the phone to T which was noticeably bothered that we were complaining. He said he would return the beef salad and seafood soup costs only if we promise to never order food from there. Compare the picture of their website to this picture of the salad and you will notice it is no where near the same . No basil , not the same anything

Ordered takeout, but it was ready very fast. The restaurant is beautiful and the employees were very kind and helpful. The food was still hot when I got back and tasted great!

I have eaten here twice now and the food has been phenomenal. I ordered the chicken cashew special both time and it didn’t disappoint. I can wait to return and try another dish.

We got green curry (which was good), basil chicken wings (which were good) but my crispy pork with broccoli may be one of the worst meals I’ve ever had from a restaurant. $20 for incredibly dry, rubbery, hard-to-chew, flavorless pork. But the whole dish lacked any flavor at all. I got the food delivered. I say that to say that pooled up at the bottom of the container was nothing more than just water, so my last bites were scooping out rice with water. I would say it was a sauce but nope, just flavorless water and lots of it at the base of the dish. Really bummed I paid $20 for that. I’m not saying avoid the restaurant, just avoid that dish.

The service here goes above and beyond with kindness, refills, and providing suggestions. The food is delicious! We ordered the pad Thai, pork jerky, and the papaya salad. This is officially our go to Thai food choice!

You must try the red curry of you like spice. This place has my all-time favorite Thai tea. I've tried all SCV Thai teas and this spot is ranked #1 hands down. Our other go to fish here is the pad see ew

I used to avoid Thai places because the dishes have never been to my tastes. However, after having the Mongolian beef and yellow curry at Thai Basil, I keep thinking about how I want to come back and try more items. Never thought I'd be looking forward to eating Thai food again, but hey, look at me! I am very satisfied by the food and service here, especially the prices. The Mongolian beef was enough for 3 servings (could've been 4 but I got a little gluttonous on the 3rd time) and the curry was big enough for 2, maybe 3 if you don't eat a lot. Try this place out if you want some yummy Thai food.

We had a party at home for which we wanted to cater Thai food and tried many local places in Santa Clarita before selecting Thai Basil.
Their food quality was wonderful and their portion sizes were very generous. The owner spend lot of time with us discussing the options. We selected Pad Thai, Pineapple fried rice, red curry and chicken cashew nuts as the menu, they added the spring rolls and steamed rice as complimentary.
We need to support our local business so they can flourish and we definitely recommend Thai Basil when you craving Thai food.

This place is underrated, all items that we have had are delicious and they are pretty quick too. We usually get takeout and the order is always correct and done before I arrive, bravo!

Five stars to the absolutely delicious pad see ew ! They made it for me gluten-free! I ordered through Uber eats delivery, and I called ahead and asked them some questions. The woman answering the phone was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to the cooks and staff for giving me an opportunity to eat one of my favorite dishes, which I have not enjoyed for many years due to gluten allergies as well as allergies to onion and shellfish. They had no problems accepting my requests to use only gluten-free soy sauce when they stir fry up the pad see ew rice noodles.

She even explained that they accommodate gluten-free all the time with no issues in that they are very comfortable and familiar with the process. Assured me that they have specifically gluten-free soy sauce on hand. I had no symptoms or difficulty with the dishes that I ordered from them. And trust me, even a bit of gluten and my pain levels tell no lies.

I would only give maybe 3.5 stars for the fried rice that I requested be made with gluten-free soy sauce. They normally make it with onions so they must have had to make it special (thank you for that!). But it didn't have much flavor and I'm pretty sure they didn't use any soy sauce(added a tiny bit GF from home). I love the bite-size chunks of tomato throughout but I was sorely missing the mint (or usual basil) leaves which were not added.

Back to the amazing pad see ew, oh man the broccoli was just the perfect, freshest stuff, the perfect amount of it, and cooked only a bit, still nice and crunchy, how I like it. I love those cute little thin slices of carrots shaped in a sunstar pattern! And there was so much chicken! Next time I think I'll try the tofu.

?? ?? ?? Thank you so much again, my eyes literally watered while I was eating your pad see ew. Just delightful.

Vegetarian options: Tofu options, willing and able to accommodate gluten-free, also vegetable options for soy-free

Dietary restrictions: Allergy to onion accommodated, allergy to gluten,( gluten intolerance due to diverticulitis etc, unknown if good enough for celiac, but I can only say I personally trust them), allergy to oyster sauce and other shellfish accommodated, allergy to peanuts accommodated

I ordered a delivery of shrimp spicy fried rice and requested it to be extra spicy, but the dish was not spicy at all and was actually sweet. This also happened with another shrimp dinner special I ordered, which came with a sweet sauce despite my request for spiciness. Overall, the Thai food was very average. I won't be ordering from this place again.
