Hidden gem of Sausalito! It’s a small scale restaurant where the chef if cooking in front of you simply amazing Michelin-3-star-level food. Don’t come here just for caviar that you can simply buy at a store. Come for the chef’s amazing cooking!
I had the opportunity to share in this experience with my Twin foodie. We started off with the Caviar Quintet and then proceeded to order the ENTIRE small plates menu. It was a culinary journey rooted in love for fresh foods and a passion for food that tastes good. I enjoyed the intimate setting and being able to watch the culinary chef in action as he prepared our dishes. This is a must if you enjoy dining experiences, good food, and good company. The most wonderfully relaxing meal ever. Start with the Caviar trio, end with the duck, and leave your phone at home. Treat yourself and slow down for one beautifully inventive, perfectly executed course after another. Not worthy. Thank you!
