We were seated in the front room which was freezing. Asked to be moved & then got moved to a small seating area nearby with a cocktail table not a table for dining. Ask to be seated in one of the side rooms with fireplaces or the main dining room if you're there when it's cold.

Been eating here since you opened, your food is getting weirder and weirder (ingredient combinations). And your prices keep going up and up, the food is limited and not worth the price. I keep coming back because i grew up here and i love being here. The ambience is good, but the re-design of Farley Bar is horrendous, it was 100 times better before when it was the English Club Room design. I'll keep coming back but would like to see simple food made really well without weird combinations and trying to be “different” which you don't do well. Yesterday i only had soup because nothing else appealed to me.

This was an excellent choice for my wife and I to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I was looking for a restaurant near the Golden Gate in order to watch the sunset. Sula was perfect. They gave us almost an entire dining room to ourselves. The food and service were excellent. We were checked upon by Anna who is the food and beverage manager. She was so kind and attentive to our needs. We were even provided with complimentary champagne and a small dessert. This was a very special occasion for us, and Sula was the very special place as I had anticipated.
