The best kept secret in Sausalito! A great lunch or dinner! Or better yet, take a Poke Platter to a party.
-amazing service
-very kind lady employee helped me even with finding stuff outside of the small deli area and recomended a local park for me to try
-stale/hard rice and noticibly from frozen fish
-only tuna, most sides apear to be bought in, unfortunately.
I really wanted to like this place. It was recommended by a friend who lives in a harbor nearby when i saw them wearing some of the merch. however the food quality is just not up to par. was not very busy, and got to have a nice conversation while me and my wife ate on the benches outside.
Simple location, inside a convenience store. Found the location on Google Maps and took a little bit to find the actual location but it has a nice and simple set-up.
Options are few but the staff was friendly, the service quick and the food delicious.
•Phenomenal poke (source: I’m from Hawai`i)
•Mediocre rice
•Overpriced for the portion size/ poke-to-rice ratio
•Overwhelming bleach fumes that can be be smelled from across the street. Would not recommend to fellow asthmatic patrons
Yes, it’s in the back of the grocery store. Grab it and head to the water near by for lunch with a view. Best poke. Amazing service.

Note: as a non-american, the portion is decent-sized. If you're american, then there is the probability this runs on smaller side for you
Absolute hidden gem tucked in the back corner of Sausalito Market. Ordered fresh spicy ahi with warm brown rice; an excellent poke bowl in its simplicity.

Very good, authentic poke. Portions are fairly small and options are limited, but still delicious.

Gilligan's Poke shop is a gem, located in the back of the Sausalito Market on Pine & Caledonia. Great atmosphere! Great Hawaiian style poke! And great staff! We grabbed enough for the family and walked down to a park on the water for a picnic! Highly recommend!

I’ve come here twice about 20 mins before closing and both times there was nobody at the register and the cashier at the market said they were closed. I’d understand if it was a one time thing but twice in a row is very disappointing.
I grew up in Hawaii. THIS is an authentic Hawaiian poke bowl ?
There's less frills, which is what it's supposed to be.
The staff are super friendly even though they were slammed on a Saturday!

The spicy ahi here tasted a little fishy, possibly because we visited towards the end of the day. At 4 pm they were completely sold out of the shoyu and limu poke, so we settled for the remaining spicy ahi. Make sure to come early for the best selection!
Decent poke, subpar rice.
2 ingredients to this menu item. Poke and rice. The poke is okay. I got the shoyu tuna with white rice. The tuna was good, but I didn't think it had enough flavor to it. The rice was dry and hard and did not pair well with the fish.
Portion is not very big, but it's only $14
