About Osteria Divino
Osteria Divino Reviews
It’s the most authentic, European restaurant in Marin. The food is excellent and live music outstanding!
The issue is space planning. Small intimate tables for two almost surrounding one large table for 6-7 persons were very loud. The noise overtook the space/area.
The food was excellent. The reason it is not five stars for me was that it was very cold inside. Hard to eat the minestrone with a winter coat on. I also wished there were tablecloths. I think with the prices, tablecloths would be reasonable. It is after all a very classy Italian menu, and I'm used to Osterias having cloths.
Osteria Divino offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with great food and live jazz, especially on weekends. The neighborhood vibe adds to its charm, making it feel like a local favorite rather than a tourist spot. Customers can enjoy delicious dishes like the gnocchi special with tender pasta and flavorful sauce, as well as the fresh morell pasta, which has impressed many as possibly the best pasta dish in Marin. Seafood entrees are cooked to perfection and served with seasonal vegetables. The cozy back area provides a quiet space for those who prefer a more relaxed experience, while outdoor seating offers a lively option. Although wine by the glass can be costly, attentive service and friendly staff make up for it. The live music, particularly the talented jazz band, creates wonderful entertainment, enhancing the overall dining experience. Many guests appreciate the relaxing atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the fine Italian wines and cocktails, making Osteria Divino a memorable spot for both casual and special occasions.
