First the negatives: I made reservations for three & specifically asked for the table the very closest to the music, as we were going there specifically to hear the jazz trio playing that night~ We got there early and asked for the table closest to the musicians but they refused to give it to us even after we explained that had been requested in our reservation~They seated us several tables back in the bar section~The whole place is very noisy & as noted in many other...
The music is also beyond compare in the Bay Area or anywhere else for that matter!! As far as noice Level you can eat outside or in the cozy back area for a quiet experience!' This space is wonderful and relax and your time !!
We really enjoyed our dinner last night at Osteria Divino. It really seemed like a neighborhood favorite, not a place that is there to cater to tourists. Knowing that we would want to talk, I asked for a table away from the jazz trio that was performing, and the back room fit the bill.
