Really obnoxious menu design, I just wanted the ready-made ham and cheese croissant and the poor guy wasn’t allowed to sell it to me because it ONLY comes as part of a meal. If someone walked into my shop and wanted something I’D ALREADY MADE I’d have just sold it. Nice staff but atrocious managerial decisions, I don’t think I’ll be back.

This place is so chaotic. No one seems to know where the food was or our coffees. We ordered our food to go prior to getting there and figured we’d order our drinks when we arrive so it doesn’t get cold or watered down. We came in with the text message stating our food was ready. We get to register and the first thing the girl says is drinks will take 25 minutes. No greeting no welcome! We say fine we order our drinks and ask where is the pickup for our food. She points to the right side of the cafe and says down the stairs.
We go to pick up counter and there is nothing there. I ask the barista if she knew where we can pickup our food. She’s rude and says “over there”same place we are standing with no food present. I leave her alone because she is clearly not interested in helping. We flag a waitress and ask where we can get our food. She looks at our text and says oh “let me check. we sit and wait she’s walking around all over the place but doesn’t come back to share an update. About 8 minutes go by with no word and I finally get up and go back to the initial pickup location to see if we can get an update and behold the food is sitting there. No clue how long it was there between the let me check and me going to check.
Finally at the 20 min mark we get two of our 3 drinks. And at the 40 min mark we realize the 3 rd drink is still MIA and my friend asks no less than 3 people what the status of her matcha latte is. Finally she just goes back to the barista and with still no update she sees a matcha latte on the counter with no name and she claims it. No help no direction! Worst service ever and I truly wish I just asked for my money back and went somewhere else.
The food isn’t worth the chaos and rudeness of the staff! Also I would say we’re the only black people in the restaurant and it seemed we were the only ones experiencing this level of chaos and curtness from staff. Black people save your $ for establishments that aren’t rude.

Wonderful breakfast spot! I ordered poached eggs on top of seasonal vegetables and potatoes and my partner got the avocado toast. We were both very pleased with the freshness and flavor that the dishes provided. Adorable stop in Sausalito, walkable area with adorable shops nearby. We would come again!
