Luis our server provided fantastic service, a real highlight. However, the food was a letdown. The clam chowder, though tasty, was too thick. Scallops were well cooked, but the risotto was an Italian tragedy. My steak was overdone, and the fries tasted purely of old oil. I'd return only for cocktails and the stunning view of the city.
