The staff was friendly. It seemed clean.
I ordered the Combo Pho with extra rare steak, hot and sour soup, and a Diet Pepsi.
I got a small bowl of pho, with extra flank, Diet Coke, and no hot and sour soup. There was no Housin, the broth was watery and there was no rare steak. The noodles were lumpy.
There was extra boxes of supplies on racks in the dining area. Bathroom door was dirty.
I got a fork, no chop sticks, and it was 1/2 way through the meal when I was offered a spoon for the soup.
The whole thing was almost $25.
Just had a fab dinner at ABC Chinese in Scotts Valley. Really loved the Salt Baked Shrimp, although everything was delish.
Great food, after all these years, and a change in ownership. Best Chinese Ckn Salad in town, all the soups are good, other dishes are bomb AF (General Congs)
The best thing they make there is chicken salad, it's to die for.
I haven't tried the rest of the menu yet but the Pho here outshines The Dinner on Ocean. It's delicious! The broth is rich. The noodles are great and the meat portions are satisfying. It's kind of blank inside but the place is always very clean. (It won't show the score I gave so here. Food: 5 star. Service: 5 star. Atmosphere: 4 star)
When we arrived, we noticed a handful of tables that needed TLC. Once we grabbed our menus and sat down, it took a good while for them to get the placemats and silverware out and just take our order. It seemed like they were really busy with online orders and didn't have enough people to handle the in-house orders. There was a lot of yelling, which made me jump a couple of times. We started with potstickers, and they were amazing! The rest of my meal lacked flavor. I got hot and sour soup, orange chicken, and chicken chow mein. The orange chicken was overcooked and too crispy. The hot and sour soup was lacking something, and the chow mein was okay. All in all, it was okay; I would probably choose a different restaurant before this one next time.
Never have been there never will go back it was horrible grant you it was Christmas and they were busy but the food was just bland sorry
The food was good but changed container size to fit only enough for one person meal. Not typical take out container.
Dinner for 5 people cost $150. And we barely had a small paper plate each. They are now using single serving plastic containers like you would get a single frozen dinner in.
We will not go back. Very disappointing.

There's no question food is good! But have the rudest (guy) person answering phones and taking orders!

Ordered out and everything was separate and crispy, no soggy food. Really fresh, doesn't taste all sodium saturated like some other places.

If you are vegetarian or vegan, the only things you can have here are a few of the drinks.

If you know any good chineese food place, you know this is a disgrace for 19 dollars. Waste of my time and money

This place serves excellent Chinese food. The general chicken crisp and tender, pot stickers, crisp edge and soft under, and chow mein wad flavorful and fun. They also serve very delightful milk tea! Our serve was kind, swift, and considerate! We had a wonderful evening.
