Please work on your desserts, kadai goat curry, butter chicken (too sweet) for what you charge. Buffets can have better pricing especially on the weekend as not everyone wants to order the drink. So it is just waste.
Good ambiance and friendly servers.

Very thankful to Ambrosia! We had a nightmare situation with our hotel that led to us finding last minute dog friendly accomodations. Fortunately, Hilton got us in and we made it to Ambrosia at 9:09. The wait staff seemed a little hesitant but fortunately I already knew what we wanted to order (chicken Manchurian, naan, chicken Tikka masala). They happily obliged and we were able to dine and be done by 9:29, one minute before closing!

The Manchurian was amazing. It's one of my favorite Indo Chinese dishes and ambrosia knocked it out of the park. Equally satisfying were the naan and Tikka masala.

Huge thanks to this rest for seating us, serving us and satisfying us! Will be coming back.

Best value for food (buffet) and tastes amazing! Restaurant quality food with buffet prices.
Butter chicken is 10/10. Can ask for fresh garlic naan on the side and specify if you want it crispy or chewy for preferred texture! Will be coming back for sure.

Best buffet ever.

Great Indian food takeout! I recommend the butter chicken!
Good garlic naan bread, but I should have opted for one with cheese.

Mediocre food at above average price. Good service. I had saved this place based on the reviews. Doesn't deserve 4.4 stars. Very misleading.

Not sure why there are so many complaints in the reviews. I went at the tail end of the lunch buffet (arrived 2:15pm). They brought fresh Naan of my choice to the table. The food was pretty good- I especially liked the jackfruit curry. There were so many vegetables in the food and I could see the amount of aromatics and taste the spices that went into the food, it was not too oily, and I felt good after eating it. It tasted good, and definitely not bad.

Some of the dishes were a bit similar, but there was still variety on the buffet and 3 different flavor profiles amongst the 7 dishes. You could still tell the difference between dishes, but yeah anything masala has the same spice mixture and anything curry has the same spice mixture- it's the veggies, aromatics, and proteins that change. So if you want different flavors don't order two masalas- order a saag, a vindaloo, and a curry.

The service was way beyond expectations. I was dining solo, and the waitstaff came by every 10 minutes to check on me and ask if I needed anything. At a buffet. So that should tell you something.

I'm only giving 4 stars because on a buffet I would prefer at least 4 flavor profiles, and there were only 3. It's also quite good tasting, but not fabulous fantastic exquisite mind blown!

Food was good.
Service is just too slow and mood killer.
Servers should have understanding of what cutlery should be given based on dishes served. Multiple request had to be made for providing cutleries and it was just too disappointing.

Menu has clearly labeled vegan items Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about confirming options available for vegans Service was quick and the restaurant had a nice vibe/ambiance We ordered the yellow tadka dal with saffron rice, coconut rice, and roti for dinner Don’t be fooled by the small bowls, they are quite deep and the portions fairly generous Menu items can be customized based on spice level Food comes out very hot and fresh so be careful not to burn your tongue! ? Staff let us know that they offer daily lunch buffet and the items are clearly labeled with allergen information

Had the palak paneer, perhaps the best I've had, along with naan and of course samosas. We are just passing through on our way home, otherwise this place would definitely be a regular

We ordered the appetizer sampler, Chicken Tikka Masala, Okra, and white rice. Both the appetizer plate and okra dish were nearly fried beyond recognition. If you dine here and ask for “medium heat” expect very little spice.

Just Really really good food. Especially the paneers and chicken dishes. The best though is the kesari kheer. The more saffron the better.
