Embarrassing portions on what I would describe as a micro burrito. “Salad” with no lettuce. Burrito with 6 kernels of corn salsa. Dry carbs asada. Not even a half a scoop of guacamole on the “salad” absolutely embarrassing. They started strong and then collapsed into atrocious orders just like the other 2 chipotles. Will never be going back.

A little hesitant since I saw quite a lot of reviews about their portion. Ordered a burrito bowl through Uber Eats on Tuesday night, not busy, plenty of parking space. A lot of space at the restaurant. The app notified me the order is ready but when I got in they’re actually just started making my order. It took just 15 mins from order sent in app to me getting the order. The order is actually good portion, no error with mine. Included napkins and forks in the bag (other branches usually don’t include them).
Overall I actually had a good experience with a quick pick up order, good portion as well. Would definitely revisit, maybe even
the review out a little bit with mine.

i’m done trying this place. They’re always out of food. I just picked up an online order. They didn’t include rice and the meat they gave us is so hard and cold and old we are afraid to eat it. We were so excited to have this option in town, and it is so disappointing that it is so awful

Always understaffed. Expect a 10 min wait. Workers always look mad and never communicate with each other. There’s been multiple times where they run out of something and don’t have more ready. Would not recommend. Go to Santa Cruz

I go here often and Bloom is always cheerful and helpful. People make all the difference and that’s part of why I come back.

Food was good. Good portions. Service was good and friendly. Not a big seating area inside. About 6 tables outide.

Most amateur crew working this joint. Come in here at least 1-2 time a week and every time they are out of some sort of meat with nothing cooking in the back and most of the time takes me 20 minutes to move forward 4-5 people. And this is the 3 rd time I came in and only 1 employee is working the whole joint. Employees are poorly trained and managed

Cramped crowded restaurant, understaffed crew doing the best they can. Ordered a burrito which had a cold crumbly tortilla that fell apart. Gave up halfway through.

Went in looking forward to try our local chipotle, had bad service from the start. Employee didn't do my double wrap then dropped tortilla on the ground. Tiny scoops. Then I was charged $21 for a burrito with double carnitas. They refused to give me my receipt. Knowing this wasn't right I asked for an explanation and the casier said I was being disrespect. Luckily they realized they overcharged me and gave me $3-4 back. Food was then pretty cold.

I ordered two burrito bowls and tortilla chips to go. Eating the bowls at home the chicken was cold. We had to microwave the chicken to be safe. The other bowl was steak and more then half the steak was heavy fatty and not edible. The chips were stale and not edible. Hope the new staff learns from these mistakes.

Ordered online so I could get food fast when I got there. Order was wrong. Another 15 min to remake. Only a couple of small pieces of carnitas in taco. Chips were not crisp. Aguafrescas tasted awful. So many great real Mexican places in area. Why Chipotle? Expensive drinks too.

I'll keep it brief. Starting with the bad:
- no napkins
- soda was flat, not enough carbonation
- was completely out of chips and guac when I was there (couple hours before close, but still it's a restaurant, food should be stocked and prepped)
- line took forever (I know the staff is likely new, so I blame the manager for not guiding the team better in the moment, and chipotle for not staffing the place better and training them. Any regular staff reading this, you deserve better from chipotle and your managers.)
- counters and tables were dirty (see my next point)
- cashier was very apathetic didn't seem like she wanted to be there, was just standing around waiting for the line to pass the next items to her, and she didn't even ask if it was for here or to-go (cashier is the perfect person to wipe down counters and tables between ringing out orders, only takes a couple seconds. not hard to politely tell a customer to wait a moment while you take 15-30 seconds to wipe down a counter/table and keep the restaurant clean)

Okay on the bright side:
- my burrito did taste good

I hope these are just growing pains because it's a new location. It would be nice if this could become a dependable chipotle location for the town.
