Excellent authentic Korean and Japanese food. Wonderful service. A great option when you are tired of the same old thing. I recommend the Bulgogi (a beef and rice dish) if you are new to Korean food. They also have amazing vegetarian options.

I grabbed some sushi take out from here and it was amazing! I got two rolls for $10 and he made it for me within 5 minutes. It was so tasty and such a great price, I will definitely be coming back!

Japanese, Korean fusion. The food is delicious. On different occasions we’ve ordered delivery and also ate in. I’ve tried about 10 different dishes and everything has been great.The delivered food was well packaged and we had it for dinner a few days in a row. But DoorDash adds a premium so ordering directly gets you more food for the same $.Reservations to eat in aren’t usually necessary. Maybe because they’re new. The staff are professional and friendly. But the atmosphere and fast paced music isn’t conducive for a long visit.
Give this place a chance and the sushi will speak for itself! My husband and I decided to try it out last night instead of going to one of our favorite sushi spots. We were craving sushi and this spot did not disappoint! FRESH, yummy and creative rolls! Our waiter was super knowledgeable about the menu too and the service was great. There were also other no -sushi items on the menus that I’d like to try in the future. We will definitely be back! They had crayons and coloring paper for our daughter too. But I cannot yet speak to the kiddo menu because our kiddo fell asleepIn my arms at dinner b4 ordering so I didn’t even glance at it. But judging from the quality, creativity and freshness ofour dinner, I bet the kiddo options are great too!One additional note: right now they are offering a discount on sushi rolls and you get a free meal on your birthday (with ID). Small and large Sake is also on sale. The rolls are already very reasonably priced too!Parking: Plenty of parking close to the restaurantKid-friendliness: Crayons and coloring pictures provided for kiddos :)

Kimchi Fried Rice and sushi hit the spot on a cold stormy night. We had a great waiter, RJ, and a robot delivered our food! I love the booths, the decor, and the fact that they serve solid Korean and Japanese food. 5 stars for sure!

We celebrated a birthday with eleven 16 and 17 year olds. RJ was fantastic and ensured a positive experience. The food was delicious, and the menu was diverse and creative. Thank you for a great night. And thanks for making our daughters birthday a special celebration.

Such a huge upgrade from the previous restaurant. Even the seaweed salad was served beautifully on top of shredded daikon with pansies on top. Very nice presentation for a simple dish. Will definitely come again although I would prefer that they have brown rice available. My understanding is they run out of it frequently. It was not available when I ate there.
Lauren our server did great. She had a pleasant personality and was very attentive. The food is fantastic. and the ambiance was warm and calming. Love it. We live just above Glenwood and this place has changed hands a few times. Happy to report it is still a great restaurant. Thanks everyone.

Came to Far East + kitchen for lunch this week highly recommend to come and try this spot. Food was great, Service was amazing and wanted to throw a shutout to RJ. He was our server, he did a fabulous job. Can't wait to go back.
