This Jack in the box is just okay, they're very slow, the two occasions I visited in the last 4 days were mediocre at best. Waited in a short line of one car on one occasion and two cars on the next occasion in front of me an extraordinarily long period of time. I finally made it up to the ordering board, the cashier came on and said please hold I'll be with you. After 3 to 5 minutes she finally came back on took the order. Both times I got up to the register of the order was wrong, I had to have her add items for my crew, pay for it and then wait on the other side of the restaurant while they prepared it. On a scale of 1 to 10 the food was a seven, it wasn't bad, just wasn't quite up to snuff. The drive-thru ordering process leaves a lot to be desired and while they did get the job done, it was painful. I won't be going back unless I'm absolutely desperate.

Drive thru, fast efficient, but fries weren't as good as usual. Cold, not all looked like curlies, which I ordered.

Absolutely terrible service. Most of employees are really nice. Not the manager. But none can get an order right to save their life. It's almost certain that if you order something and make any type of requests they will struggle so severely to understand and still get it wrong. That's if they remember the item at all. Something as simple as "no pickle, extra sauce" is so difficult they cant seem to wrap their mind around it. I was literally asked the same question 7 times and my order was still wrong. This hasn't happened once or twice or three times. It's faithfully every time I go. Like I said if something isn't wrong then they probably forgot the item all together. Also they have alot of young staff that's always screwing around in the kitchen. One girl almost slipped and busted her head while I was there. And the foul language is almost more than I can bare. Let me tell you it's not any more clever cursing in Spanish. People still understand you and it's disgusting to listen too. Definitely not an atmosphere to bring families.

Waiting 30 minutes at the drive-through for no reason. Either get more workers or close early. Nobody should be waiting 30-minutes for fast food.

says they close at 3am but if u show up at 230 they will tell u they are closed for the night to "count the drawer". wouldn't risk leaving ur house any later than 2am unless ur willing to be disappointed

This location is always understaffed and seems like 2 people running around with their hair in fire. Drive thru always takes a long time, and fried items are hit and miss with sometimes being very overcooked. However, they do seem to try, and the staff is friendly.

I came and ordered my food with a milk tea boba… i am told at the window that there in no milk tea and if i would like the coffee…i agree!Im told to park and wait for my order and walk in to ask for a boba straw so i can drink my drink while waiting and the same guy lets me know THEY HAVE NO BOBA STRAWS. I ask how am I supposed to drink my boba and offers A SPOON or my money back. I aceept the money back and he tells me can i have the drink back too? If only all this was mentioned before hand i could have gotten myself another drink!Ps received my order completly wrong?
