Sometime all you have to do is make it right and have great customer service. I have had problems with the morning shift with the service and quality of food. I came to the location after work to speak with the manager at 2:30pm today and he was so nice and concerned. I was going to give a bad review but he don’t deserve that due to a bad seed. They recognized the problem and I’m not the only one who made the complaint, and they are making plans to fix it. The shift that I normally come during will be closing soon until they get new staff. They gave me the wrong French toast, the portion of fries was out of line and you all know I love fries, finally the tacos were under cooked and super greasy. Make sure to check your food ppl before leaving

I ate inside Jack at 7:40am today. The building was freezing. The staff were wearing sweaters due to cold conditions inside. The men's bathroom has no urinal either. I will drive down to Santa Cruz for jack in the box since the owner seems not to care about customer's.

HORRIBLE ! ! ! this manager is themost DISRESPECTFUL person I ever seen serving the customer?and he only has one other person with him and she's doing the best she can! it's chaotic! Im the onlyperson in the lobby and the carsin the drive-thru r complaining over6 mins? I got a REWARD for myvisit " a free large french fries "and I needed help and after hescreamed at me he said he doesn't know how to do it?

We went to get dinner, they refused to make food because the person cooking was on a break. You are a fast food restaurant, make sure you are staffed to do the one thing you are supposed to do. Ridiculous.

Asked for light mayo and no cheese. Had so much mayo I literally had to use a napkin to wipe it off. And they put cheese in it. The kids were nice but no help.
