Waited 5 minutes to be greeted with 3 employees walking around in circles, fairly aimless. Then over-charged for the smoothie, $9.99 even though it's $9.49 on the menu board. Standard Scotts Valley service and price gouging. Never coming back.

We go to this jamba at least once a week. This is now the 3rd or 4th time I have paid for a medium and get this , not even full (look at picture). And it's like watery! Not happy concerning I pay like $8.
Ordered, fixed the order that was repeated back as incorrect, and still got the order messed up :/

Very friendly employees. They had a new staff person training who was struggling at the register and all of the other employees were very nice to her in helping her figure it out.Standard food and drink as you'd expect from Jamba juice, will be back.
