I know it's a chain, but every time I walk into a Jersey Mike's, I'm greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who are in a good mood, and seem happy to help me. The food is always fresh and delicious, and I walk out feeling a little bit better about my day than when I walked in. Smiles and good humor are nourishment too.

Never eaten at a Jersey Mike’s before. I thoroughly enjoyed my California Club sandwich. Ordered online and it was ready when i got there 15 minutes later. The shop seems clean and well lit, but my since my order was on the rack I didn’t spend more time evaluating the interior. Compared to the subway a few doors down this was a better sandwich, with good bread, fresh turkey, nice bacon and well seasoned. I’ll be back

placed an online order and headed to the store. I arrived 47 minutes later, no customers inside. told the worker I was there to pickup my order of ONE sandwich and was told it would be another 17 minutes. 3 employees inside and only one in front wiping the counter. no one interested in helping me. when I questioned why my sandwich was taking so long I was told the employees had " other stuff to do" I guess wiping the counters multiple times was more important then helping me.

First timer! Was craving a sandwich and finally a place in SV with a GF sub bread. The person that answered the phone tonight on 5/19/24 had top notch service. Not only were they super nice but also answered my questions and the sandwich was really good. Will be back!

2/16/2024Visited some recreational areas, then on the way home stopped by for sandwiches. We were traveling with my cousins, who had never had a sub here. They were impressed.The store was clean, the staff was very helpful, and the food was good.Four stars ? ? ? ?

Ordered 4 sandwiches on line at 5:45pm and was given a 6:30 pick up time. Showed up at 6:35 to pick up and our order hadn’t even been started. Still waiting for our order at 7:20pm. It’s going to be 2 hours by the time our 4 sandwiches are done, if not longer. This is the 3rd time ordering on line with the same issue. Food is good, but the service is terrible. Employees don’t seem to care about service unless their manager is there. Hoping it’s just growing pains because of it being newer.
