The overall customer service and food quality is absolutely incredible! They take food allergies/intolerances very seriously and with a gracious attitude. I HIGHLY recommend this location especially in Santa Cruz County.

I know it's a chain, but every time I walk into a Jersey Mike's, I'm greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who are in a good mood, and seem happy to help me. The food is always fresh and delicious, and I walk out feeling a little bit better about my day than when I walked in. Smiles and good humor are nourishment too.

Never eaten at a Jersey Mike’s before. I thoroughly enjoyed my California Club sandwich.
Ordered online and it was ready when i got there 15 minutes later. The shop seems clean and well lit, but my since my order was on the rack I didn’t spend more time evaluating the interior.
Compared to the subway a few doors down this was a better sandwich, with good bread, fresh turkey, nice bacon and well seasoned.
I’ll be back
