Charming little place with friendly waiters and a nice environment. All food was hot and fresh. Deserts are fabulous! We got fried banana + vanilla gelato, it was sooooo delectable! The hot fried banana was very well placed with a cold gelato. Mango sticky rice was also very good, creamy and sweet with good texture, fresh mango. Every desert had rich, complex flavors that are worth savoring. Entrees were ok, not quite to my taste - my feeling was that they needed more intensity...
Marissa is an awesome bartender. The bar is spacious, they have 2 sides of tables, a U shaped bar, darts, outside seating, and the restaurant side too. Friendly neighborhood bar 🥂🍷🍾🥃🍹🍸🍶🫖🍻. They even have promotions for different alcohols there w/free swag. Wasn't able to try the food yet.
Best about Jia Tella is value for money, you get quality Asian food (from BBQ to noodles, Kabob, curries, stir fries, soups and starters and salads and even Tempura) at a reasonable price with friendly casual service and good outdoor or indoor atmosphere. Cambodian or Khmer food has influences from neighbouring countries such as Thailand and Vietnam but definitely has its own distinct taste that’s not quite as spicy as the Thai influenced curries.
