Evenings are not bad, during the day expect to be ignored if ordering at counter. Tried the kiosk once, after waiting 20 minutes on order I made a scene to get my $$ back.(yes, it took a "scene" to get refund). I want to like them but they seem in a contest with the McD's on Mission St for worst store ever. I have been behind the counter at McD's, my manager would have fired me for ignoring customers at counter!
