This place is run by a manager who's in over his head! I made a delivery from this pizza place. This guy asked me to confirm on my app that I picked up the order. I was polite to him, but I immediately noticed something was wrong with him. He was kind of obsessive about how the delivery works and how busy the delivery drivers are now. I confirmed the order and picked it up to take it to the customer.And he says to me, "Where are you going? Where are you taking this order" He was holding up my work.I turned to him and was puzzled - "What do you mean? It doesn't matter where I go, I confirmed the order, then I deliver it to the customer."Then he abruptly became aggressive, he started yelling at me "I want to know where my pizzas go! What towns! I've been nice to you!". I said "you want to know the addresses? Why do I have to show you the customer's address?"By the way this is not his personal pizzeria, it's a pizza chain. Then he ran up to me like he is totally crazy and aggressively took the pizzas from my hands. I filed this order in DoorDash as a Safety Issue and cancel it. And then after I was already in my car he comes up to me outside and says “here's the pizza” and smiles. I didn't take the pizza back and recorded video and took pictures of him. He saw it and knocked the phone out of my hands, he walked back into the restaurant and closed the door after him so I wouldn't film him. Aggressor, Total Psycho!!! He should be fired and replaced with someone adequate! I almost punched him in his face for his antics!

We had a taste for pizza and decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, Mountain Mike’s Pizza did not miss a beat. I ordered a cheese pizza and churros. The quality and freshness of both items were definitely worth every dime. 100% freshly made. Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a while.The service was very thoughtful and brought us plates, utensils, and others items in order for us to have a great dinner at our hotel. We didn’t even have to ask. The delivery person was super nice and we were greeted with a smile.Keep up the good work! We appreciate and applaud your entire team’s dedication. Would recommend!

Decided to change things up from round table and go here instead. Pretty much had no choice because they were the only place open around 9pm. It was corporate pizza just like round table and could've used more sauce. There's no chance of confusing this with with a real pizza place but, it's on par or slightly better than some of the other pizza chains. I would not have a problem going back. Also had some good deals.

I walked to Mountain Mike's from the Hilton next door on a Friday night at 9:40 pm. I wanted to order pizza and salads but was told by the staff the restaurant was closed. The hours of operation posted on the door said they closed at 10:00 pm. I asked if I could get a pizza to go but the staff said they were already cleaning up. Friday night at 9:40 pm? So much for customer service.

The food was great and pleasantly proportioned. Others in our group hadn't been to Mountain Mike's for years and were pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was. The Pizza had a lot of toppings and there were fountain drinks and a salad bar. This particular Mountain Mike's was being run by what appeared to be a small Italian family, they were very friendly and did a great job with a confusing order. There were some regulars who came in that the main manager was talking to like an old friend. Combined with quarter machines, sports playing on tvs, and the place had a welcoming, friendly small pizzeria feel. 10/10 would eat againVegetarian options: Full make-your-own salad bar and plenty of veggie options though maybe not as glorious as dedicated vegetarian places.Parking: Store is surrounded by parking in a not super busy area.Kid-friendliness: TVs that play sports, and quarter machines with small toys and good seating for wiggly worms. Soda, pizza, etc... doubt a picky eater would complain here.Wheelchair accessibility: Storefront is directly on a sidewalk with no stairs as well as spacious interior.
we brought our soccer team here for an unplanned after game lunch. the crew at the store was efficient and fit us in even though there was also a bday party happening. the pizza was great. and the salad bar was fresh and cool. great simple pizza

Was really surprised how good the pizza was. We have been to other MM restaurants and was disappointed. But this one was as good as in the olden days. The service was excellent and fast. Oh looks like a good place for Monday night football

I have been eating the pizza from M M at the Scotts Valley location for the past nine years! The owner is always there and greets you with a smile ! The dining room is always clean! The staff is always helpful and ready to serve you ! The pizza is excellent always fresh and servedHot ! The crust is perfect ! I highly recommend their pizza dine in or take out you won't be disappointed
