This place is a delightful secret I almost want to keep for myself! The staff treats you like an old friend, and the Havana Cappuccino is a velvety masterpiece—sweet, bold, and utterly addictive. As for the Traditional Medallions, they’re a revelation: so fresh and tender they feel like a warm hug for your taste buds. A perfect sanctuary for a slow, soulful afternoon.❤️

Stopped into Peet’s for a couple of spontaneous lattes and it was such a great experience. We ordered an iced white mocha and an iced pistachio cold coffee, both with a few specific tweaks, and Margaret behind the counter absolutely nailed it on the first try. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole ordering process easy.

The drinks were delicious and perfectly balanced. The shop itself was spotless, comfortable, and had great vibes all around.

Five stars for the whole team, and especially Margaret for going the extra step!

Peet’s Coffee in Scotts Valley serves more than just caffeine, it’s a whole vibe! The space has that retro-meets-modern charm, with warm wooden accents that feel both nostalgic and fresh. It’s the kind of place where the staff greets you like sunshine. I really liked the Black Tie. It’s bold and sweet, a tuxedo for your taste buds. A total lifesaver on a sweltering day. The coconut water cold brew was crisp and refreshing, with just the right kick of strong - like vacation in a cup! The crispy ham and swiss with melted cheese, flavorful ham and just the right crunch made me close my eyes and say, “ Yep, this is IT!” Go. Sip. Savor. Repeat.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, great coffee. This is a temporary 1 star review. I will change it to 5 stars when management takes action on the following:

I've been there 5 times last month because I absolutely LOVE their crispy ham and cheese sandwitch. Unfortunately they were sold out 4 times. ALL OTHER peets I go have them available at all times. Yes, this is 'Murica and I can just go to the other peets locations or starbucks... OR could management please just stock more Crispy ham and cheese sandwiches?

The staff have always been welcoming and make the drinks consistently!
It is also the only place I can find a dark chocolate mocha 😁

Sometimes friendly staff and sometimes not so friendly staff. And, that makes a lot of difference as to whether to go her or not.

They always make fresh coffee for you anytime of the day, best coffee in town .

Seeing employees not wash there hands after taking the garbage out, or using the bathroom will prevent me from returning. Also the manager doesn't like men and always seems to have a attitude.

I did enjoy the caramel
Macchiato but for some reason I’m very attached to Starbucks, the service was amazing though !! No complaints at all!!
