Bad customer service. App said I had funds. Cashier said no. I showed her she still said no. I asked her if she could try again, and she said NO she was not helpful at all." It's not like I asked her multiple times she just didn't want to help.

Excellent Peet's location across from Walgreens, perfect Americano with 6 pumps honey. Scott's Valley water is SO good, makes the coffee taste amazing!

Asked extra hot and they delivered the latte which is warm enough for a baby. When asked, the reaponse was not good. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place.

Place is good, parking is ample. I love peets overStarbucks, but this place is a NO. Looks like something going on with the employees No greetings. I asked for extra hot but the latte was not even hot. And the worst part is, the Barista said he can throw this and make new one with a darn look. He was rude when I asked to make other drinks, of my order, as hot. He said he can try...what a poor reply. Hope it's just bad day however I don't make it here anymore

Mannn.. 4 th time going to this Peet's and every time my coffee or tea just does not taste good. Also I would appreciate some nice welcoming vibes every once in a while from the employees but I feel that everyone is going through it in that place or just doesn't like when I order .. not sure but that's how I feel. I literally say thank you every time and they just look at me , not even a smile but just tells me I should just stop coming here. I got a pumpkin spice latte and the espresso was really bitter and my oat milk was very luke warm. I think the chai base is just a chai I don't like so I can't blame the workers but I do know that can make the drink hotter. They don't have coconut whip cream either :/

I used to love coming to this location. The staff was super friendly, the baristas knew me by name, the drinks were great! Not sure what happened, but out of the last 10x I have been here, I have not even been acknowledged. Not even when I say Good Morning first or Thank you. It's a real downer first thing in the morning, so I have started going to the drive through place (NOT Starbucks, Cruise Coffee?) because they are not only less expensive but super nice.
