Stephanie that works there was super friendly and accommodating. I went with my partner and he ordered a milkshake and they were out of milk, so she improvised and used the custard liquid instead - making it an even more delectable treat! She even let me try a sample even though I wasnt getting anything. Would highly recommend :)
Tried the custard Oreo sandwiches tonight and they are super yummy! They were delivered right to our doorstep! They kept in good contact as well about the order status. I highly recommend!

Well, compared to Penny Ice Creamery where it’s all homemade and fresh, I would prefer that. Though, here in Scotts Valley, there’re not that many choices. This Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is also a nice place to go fix the sweet craves. Their creamy frozen custard is delicious and their Italian ice is coolingly refreshing.
Awesome local ice cream joint. Technically they sell "Custard's" and "ices" instead of ice cream but they are delicious. Try the Gelati, a blend of both!
This place is a must if you love Italian ice east coast style or amazing custard icecream, definitely different than in philly but still fantastic. Great local staff is a plus as always.

I had the strawberry custard and it was a bit too sweet. Not really a fresh strawberry flavor. But overall it was still really good.
