Overall good lunch stop in an area with relatively few choices. Perhaps a first for me is that this review is in regards to the exceptionally warm and understated service that I received from the hostess when I came in as a single diner amongst several large groups. She sat me immediately and made a point to take my order when the main server was occupied taking care of the large groups. She had a wonderful smile and energy throughout. It truly turned a otherwise good experience to a great one. To the unnamed hostess working the lunch hour on a Friday, I hope that your management appreciates you and you see great success in your future.

After a round of golfing at De Laveaga, 4 of us from south bay stopped by Scott Valley for dinner on the way back. What a hidden gem! We enjoyed a great dinner here sitting in the patio. Tasty rolls, spicy fish rice bowl, combo plate of teriyaki beef and pork katzu and shrimp tempura, and Sake. Perfect finish for the golf outing. BTW, found out that the owner is a golfer from the picture at the hallway (next to the restrooms 😊

We've been going here for years, and it is consistently *the best* quality sushi in our area. An excellent value - sushi's not inexpensive but you never feel like you're not getting your money's worth from them. The owner Luna and her crew are fun and friendly and always provide a welcoming atmosphere and great service. Two big thumbs up for this place!

Rumble Fish was recommended by someone at the hotel down the street and I am glad they did. This was a very good place to eat. It had a good vibe and the staff was quite friendly and the food came quickly. It was a large menu with a lot of tasty options. Everything my friend and I had was excellent and nothing was insanely expensive and the portions were large; even the sushi! I would highly recommend if you are in the area.

From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and attentive, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is modern and relaxing, perfect for both a casual lunch or a special dinner. The sushi here is absolutely top-notch — super fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor!
Way too noisy inside, and the piped music outside is over the top. Not happy that we can't pay cash or split a bill without an extra charge. These things keep me from coming back very often.
