Service was really slow. This particular Starbucks was not well run, with different pieces of your order coming out at different times, some more than 10 minutes apart

First Starbucks with the worst service, you asked for a specific very thin drink, and they say that they have to add more ice because it will break the blender when all I’m asking for is liquid the only Starbucks that has done this! I am extremely disappointed the manager came over as well.

Asked and they started making up stuff about it first not being ordered or saying I had people before me. but the people who already ordered were gone, then they made other excuses up. Saying that other people were before me but they ordered after me

The employees are very resistant, I am a tourist, I came to visit Scott Valley and I decided to visit Starbucks, I told them a nice day and when they heard my accent, they didn't respond, they just made fun. Maybe they don't go outside their country and they know that throughout the world, education is essential.

I couldn't believe how I was treated yesterday by a young lady.She was screaming at me in front of everyone in Store.She did not know that my best friend was with me.He ordered after he got his order before me and they made me wait an extra ten minutes While the other co workers just stared at me it was so bad I had to wait in my vehicle and let my friend get my order I was so upset that I threw my order in the trash because I was afraid they might have done something to my ? and cream. What's is this world comeing to

I ordered an oat milk latte which despite saying it was oat milk was actually cows milk. I have severe lactose intolerance and have been up the last 4 hours vomiting and in awful pain. I get mistakes are made but this was not even a busy night and I really feel Starbucks needs to educate their staff that there are legitimate medical reasons some customers ask for dairy-free alternatives and come up with safety measures preventing this happening again. Being dairy-free is not a choice but an absolute necessity for many!

I love this spot! The staff is great. The music is spot on. There are lots of tables and it is always clean.
