Very bad, the man who serves there has a curt attitude and he puts as little vegetables as possible on the sandwich, it seems like he is from the business, very miserable

This place has gone downhill Used to be better, The employee was on a phone call on speaker the whole time, the meat was not even visible on the bread once the cheese was melted and I thought she was giving me a vegi sandwich , She kept walking back to her speaker phone conversation and when I ordered a second sandwich …she proclaimed I did not tell her that in the first place (there was no one else in the shop) This place was so bad yesterday I will not ever go back Bad service, bad skimpy food , yet 2 sandwiches over $28 Not ever worth it , Bad bad

Wouldn't let me see the meat to choose from. They had a big metal thing over it and told me no when I wanted to see what options I had. Waste of my time, didn't bother trying to get anything here and ate at the neighboring Taco Bell instead.

The thing I like about Subway is that it's the same everywhere you go. The only difference is how fast or efficient they make the sandwich and the level of customer service they have. I've been here twice and the workers were pleasant and efficient. So I'll come back. I've heard that now Subway cuts the meat order like some other sandwich places. I'm curious to see if it' makes a difference.

Just like any subway sandwich place - including a chastising by the sandwich maker when you stray from their script, even unintentionally.Vegetarian options: Veggie and veggie patty, both types of sandwiches on menu, which are not the same - I learnt the hard way from the maker.

New guy here will not sell pepperoni on a breakfast sandwich for extra. All others do so what's the deal?

So, today my husband stopped off at this Subway and picked up the new #1 - Philly sandwich. what a rip off joke!

I am sick and didn't want to spread it so I ordered curbside. It was 85 degrees and I don't have air conditioning so I made sure to get there exactly when I was supposed to. There was no one inside so I assumed it would be fast but then someone went in and got a sandwich, and another person. I tried calling after they left and no one answered, so I sat in my hot car and kept calling an empty store. I literally ended up flagging someone down and asking them to tell the person inside. I could have gone in and risked infecting someone, but I'll just avoid this Subway from now on. When I finally got my sandwich I was told they were busy, and he walked away when I complained and just ignored me.

I ordered the Sweet teriyaki bowl. I did not see many onions and there was not enough sauce. Plus all it was was was chicken with pickles, tomato and olives. They just threw sandwich stuff in a bowl. Not impressed.

Total disaster !Could not even get the extra onions I wanted. Couldn't believe the maker of the sandwich said argued about my request.Bottom of the food chain places. Also the were RUDE and very much making like it was an inconvenience to my veggie and topping selections. Not just on one visit, since I live near there. So now I go the extra mile (Santa Cruz) for better service and no attitude involved on a simple sandwich.Bottom Line!

Consistency and choice is what one looks for when going to subway. This shop is a poor example of if both. The older employee was curt and rude with customers. He told the man in front of me who asked for more meat, that he didn't order "double meat" in the beginning so it was too late! The same employee told his trainee that he was putting on to many vegetables! My sandwich was supposed to have all veggies and it didn't have nearly the amount I'm given at other stores. He told us that next week would be fewer veggies! What does that mean?! The soda was completely flat and there were no olives. If you run out of stock at least be nice! Customer service is a thing of the past.

Around 1 p.m. on June 3rd I ordered two sandwiches and one meal. It said it would be ready by 1:55 p.m. and it was marked as ready at 1:55 p.m. when I arrive 10 minutes later, there was one gentleman working with a dozen customers, only one pickup order ready, and one other lady who waited 30 minutes just to get an answer from the gentleman. Me being someone who used to work at Subway I understand how stressed the gentleman was, but during a lunch rush management should not be leaving only one person to handle it. When I finally got my food an hour later after leaving and coming back it was cold and disgusting and missing ingredients that I wanted. Due to the lack of professionalism that the management of the Subway has shown I will not be coming back. I know not much of a loss, but seeing as the store only has three stars on Yelp they should probably stop trying to change the inside of the store and start working with your sandwich artists.
