Service just now. Was not the greatest. Took way to long make the sandwichs and couldn't keep up with demands of customers and didn't remember who ordered what and had to ask them what they ordered again. Not sure maybe need more help or to placed with different people that work well with each othet. And making the food in hasty rush. Customers had to keep coming back to see if the food was ready. Not cool. The food was good.

It's always a great place to eat. However, lately, the sandwiches seem to be made in haste. Mayonnaise not spread evenly, produce hanging out of the bread, and the meat in the center. I had the #9 pastrami, and a few days later, the hot roast beef. Both the same. No heart for the work, just going through the motions? Will try another location.

I just want to start by saying how much I usually love Togo’s but this location is the worst yet! We wasted an hour for our sandwiches and had to cancel our order to make it to our destination in time. The refund took forever for them to finally acknowledge us and agree to refund us. They took every online order before us. But not the customers in front of them! Why can’t Togo’s go back to making your order in front of you as you order?!

Some of these sandwiches are delicious as heck, I love the multi flavor drink machines. This location is always clean, the decor is just not my style. Love the friendly staff at this local location, they rock!

Really delicious sandwich, but my fiancé and I both got sick here on 11/1/2024. We ordered turkey and roast beef sandwiches.
I initially stopped being a customer of Togo's about 10 years ago because of how much they charged per sandwich and how little they put on your sandwich. This was pre covid. Gave them another try and unfortunately nothing has changed. How do you mess up an order I placed in person? Their sandwiches consist of bread mostly. I received two pieces of meat on my sandwich. Really?.. I'm not impressed and will not return to any Togo's location all together.
