Have not been to togos in years. Used to be amazing, not so much now.QC has slipped.Stale/dry bread, minimal meat, bland flavor. Skipped eating the bread because it was so dry.Will not be coming back.

Togo's used to be quick but now it takes forever to get your order. Maybe having sooo many sandwiches is slowing everything down. I order earlier online and still wait up to 30 minutes sometimes.

Very very slow service, 4 people working, appear inexperienced, not busy, but takes forever, no sense of urgency of people waiting, people missing orders and items. And the machine asks for tips. Might as well go to Safeway deli.

Insanely slow ... you order through a computer terminal, with one of the two broken, and then wait and wait and wait ... 25 minutes and still waiting for a sandwich ... if I could cancel my order and get a sandwich from a nearby grocery store deli I would.

Not sure why this particular Togo's changed the way they take orders, but its created a very slow system. Took 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Run the store like all other Togo's franchises. The original model works and it doesn't take 30 minutes to get a sandwich.
