Just stopped in for a late dinner at this location. Food was fast and delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely eat here again. It is always so nice to have such great service in a fast casual restaurant.

Never on time. Every online order is never even made until it is scheduled to be ready. Every single time, I have to wait for it to be made when I get there to pick up my order at the end of the ready window. They do not care that they are always late. They do not care that they make you late. They are always late. I even started ordering 15 minutes earlier, thinking it would be ready, but still not. The ready window is over and the order is just getting made. This is beyond horrible service for mediocre food that is often not even cooked through. We have received doughy food so many times. Today's order was literally 2/3 size of every order ever. So not only was it not ready, it isn't even the right size. It is cheesy bread, it is only one size. Same order Every time.
