Ordered from CPK for the first time today. The website is easy to use, and since we had it delivered, tracking was provided immediately and was accurate. I also received text updates along the way. So that was good. The best part was the butter cake. It was maybe a tad dry, but that is typical of pound cakes. The Jambolya was okay according to my husband, however, the shrimp was over cooked. The biggest issue though was with the chicken Piccata. I didn't care for the sauce but I was eating it until I tried to take a bite of the chicken. One piece was rubbery, could not be cut, and was completely inedible. This ruined the rest of the dish for me and I didn't want to take another bite. Overall, not a very satisfying meal. And its quite pricy so I'm not sure we will be back.

Waiter was downright rude. I guess he is the bartender. In such a hurry, not listening to our order... kind of dropping things off as he passed our table without slowing down. Food was okay but not as good as usual.

Service was great when we first arrived, but it dwindled quickly.

It's a little pricey for the type of pizza ? you get and the flavor. I wasn't impressed at all, but the service was great, and the staff it was great. I think this is our last time we go there!!!

I asked for a salad with 2 dressings on the side and bread for two people. They are really cutting corners and the food is so over priced. How sad…

Cody was our waiter last nigh at the CPK on Seal Beach Blvd. and he was awesome. It was busy but he was efficient, took our order quickly, and our food was delivered quickly, and food was very good. Cody checked in on us many times and we got in and out within the hour so could watch end of football playoff game. We were very satisfied. The service overall was excellent.

Unfortunately, my last visit to CPK Seal Beach will make me think twice before returning. The bar tender said they were trying something new. You can not order food at the bar while having a beverage there any more. The customer is expected to do the work of getting up and going to the out order area and order the food to go there. When I asked him why, he said it is because they have to share their tips and people ordering food to go do not tip much and there ordering system can't recognize that the food order he places is to go. This is a reduction in customer service and if I plan to order food to go from the bar while having a beverage, I will go to one of the many restaurants around that have great customer service and will. Not a bright move on the employees part (if he decided this on his own) or the restaurant if it was their decision. The employee seemed to be having a bad day, a bit stressed and was short with me, but that can happen to all of us and needs to be forgiven if it was a one time thing.

Come on guys! This place is iconic. It's one of the first chains to come into play here in the center. Let's give them a break. Ok, it's a chain. It's not the BEST, BEST food but it's better than the average rating at 2.5 stars that you've giving them. We need this restaurant for jobs and to keep variety here in SB. Enough of my tangent. I usually only come here for two things. Their org. Bbq chicken chop salad and their butter cake. They're unlucky that I'm trying to detox from all this sugar from the holidays, else I would have ordered it. The staff has always been nothing less of courteous and friendly. They even accommodated me in the patio cause I had my dog neice even when staff wasn't available. They sent someone out to accommodate me. I SOOOO APPRECIATE this! I mean, I have to acknowledge that alone. It's the little things that count. Soooooo, I do want to support this business. OH, and their bread is pretty good. It's free! Last pro tip: Costco $100 gc for $80 I'd auto 20% discount. Try giving them a support.

Thank you for the great customer service. I feel more confident about ordering delivery from the restaurant but for now I will most likely dine at this restaurant as I have done many times in the past. We have always had excellent service at this location, and yummy pizza!

We've been to this location x3 now. Service was on point each time . The BBQ chicken salad is my go to . Always fresh and delicious. Hubby usually gets a pasta dish which he loves . Will continue making this our California Pizza Kitchen location. Our favorite!!

The quality of food at this location has gone down over the years. It used to be my go to, but I'm not sure why they can't reproduce what they've made in the past with the same quality. The BBQ Chicken pizza was burned on the top, and the noodles for the pasta weren't cooked.

A very enjoyable experience. We haven't eaten here in years because it used to be extremely noisy. They have replaced the old floors with something that absorbs noise. We ordered the $6 happy hour special of pizza and beer, which included the choice of an IPA or other craft type beers and a mini pizza. This can be our new happy hour spot since they closed down Macaroni Grill across the street.

Hasn't been the same place for a while now. Especially after Covid, like a lot of other places. But we still were coming here every so often. After, tonight, we probably won't anymore. We were a party of 5 and we first noticed that other people were coming in after us and getting seated but did notice they were parties of 4 or less. Ok, that was probably it, although you could readily see tables of 5-6 open. Anyway, we let it go. When we were seated, we were taken two different height tables put together and rectangle in shape. We had an elderly friend of ours with us and we wanted all to be able to hear and speak with each other. So we're standing between this table and a round 5 person table that was much nicer and since it's round we could all speak and look at each other. I asked can we just sit here instead. She went back to the kitchen and came back and said no. Literally the table right next to our table and she said no. We just looked at each other and still didn't make anything of it and had our dinner. Next thing you know, about 10 minutes later, it's given to someone else. That was not cool. At this point we're pissed but still didn't say anything. On the way out, our elderly guest, on her own, caught the manager at the front desk and told her. To get credit the manager said that should of never happened. Not a good experience I have to say. Don't think we'll be back. Lots of other choices in the area.

We came on a Friday afternoon at opening around 11 AM. I was surprised at how packed it was, but it’s especially popular among the senior crowd I think. All good, our service was decent and the staff is accommodating to a large party. My only minor complaint was that the lunch personal pizza was not as juicy as I anticipated, particularly the job. I’m not sure if it would have been different if it was a regular sized. Overall, I think this place is doing just fine with business.
