Chik-Fil-a has very high standards and delivers excellence in food and service. Very consistent business. Rarely you get an employee who does not meet good customer service standards. It's always a pleasant experience.

We just had the worst experience at this location. Went through the drive thru and the girl got everyone's order wrong. We ordered large drinks and she gave us mediums. We commented that we order larges when she gave them to us at the window and she just said sorry- no offer to make it right. Then, when we had driven off, we realize there's cheese on the biscuit we specifically ordered with no cheese. We also mentioned needing several packets of honey when ordering. It's on the receipt but she had to be reminded at the window for that too. We actually drove right by the restaurant first because the sign wasn't turned on and it was still dark. Definitely not the A team working this morning. Thankfully, we're traveling and this isn't our go to location.

Great location, friendly staff. I receive the wrong items in my order. Everything was correct on my receipt but the bag had the wrong items. Will need to confirm they pack what I ordered. Never had to worry b4, especially in the morning when people has to jump on the freeway.Staff seemed to be chatting while they give out orders.

We went to Chick-Fil-A at 9:30pm and when we got there the chairs were already up and they were fencing the area to the tables with high chairs. They took 20 minutes to serve us, and they didn't even asked if we wanted dine-in or out, they decided to do dine-out. One of the employees noticed they we were super upset and did not like the experience and gave us some brownies. We ordered 30 pieces of grilled nuggets which most of them were either hard or basically burned, we also ordered 2 large fries which were not full but at least were good. Do not recommend to go near the closing time.
