I ordered online - to be picked up. When I get there at the designated time the workers are standing around and my ticket order is hanging on the wall. The workers are so slow to start. A line comes in, that they start to make the line orders and tell me “we will get to yours after”. I say no problem and sit down. The worker then tells me we have to make the sauce that your ordered. And I said it’s ok you can just refund me - he tells me that online orders can’t be refunded in store. I say ok I’ll wait. I ask for a vinaigrette sauce that just got brought out with lids on the cup, the employee takes a cup to the back, and then comes back out 10 seconds later resealing the lid. I put it off to side and ask a different employee for a vinaigrette and she gives it to me right away without taking it to back. The orders were not made correctly, they were mixed between my bowl and my brothers. This employee was so rude.

Food is always great. Depending on what time you go during the day could be full long lines. Notice the trash is usually full and tables, not really kept up with, other than that good place for lunch.

The food and service has been declining for about a year. The distinct flavors are now muted and bland. Even the medium salsa is boring, lacks flavor. The real disappointment is this store is normally understaffed, which leads to longer wait times and discusting food remnants on the food prep area. The trash receptacles are always overflowing inside and out. Today we finally said we have to quit eating at this one as there was one staff member for the entire front service area, he had to service both food prep areas and run the cash register. It was a painfully slow process, the people behind us left the store.

Don’t bother ordering online. It’s faster to wait in line when you get there than the time between when my food is supposed to be ready and when I actually get it. Every single time. Clearly under staffed or poor communication.

The portions have definitely gotten smaller and the prices have gone up, why should I pay $14 for a bowl and still leave hungry? The staff also push the queso and guacamole without telling you it's extra so be aware those are extra. Other than that the food is still fine.

The food is always good, BUT food service staff really need to keep up with the cleaning. The tabletop hot food pans always look like a disaster as food is all over the predish counter, bins behind the counter (trash) is so full it is ready to fall on the floor, the trash bins are overly full in the dining area, and the tables need to be cleaned and sanitized. I think the store gets busy in pockets, and there is not enough staff, so I think if they cleaned prior to getting busy (I am sure they know their busy times), this would really help. Just my observance.

So I ordered a steak burrito the burrito had the meat was hard and lots of fat waist and chewy!! Customer service really went down in that place seems like you walked into a McDonald's!! Bad experience!

Extra long line in the middle of the afternoon. Only ONE person working the line. Extremely slow service! Then, when I got my food, he only filled my bowl half-way. My wife said, "That's the smallest portion we have ever received any Chipotle. Then to add insult to injury, the bag of chips was half crushed to crumbs and he filled my guacamole cup only half full. What the heck? Is the half-full service a mandate from management? Why are you trying to cheat your customers? Where was the rest of the staff? Really? Just one person with people lined out the door. Simply awful service.
