Twice now I pay $17 or so for a steak burrito and twice now they’re out of the fajitas, not just currently out but out for the night. If I walk in at 9pm I can understand running out but it was 7pm. Sprouts is in the same shopping center and Ralph’s is across the street, no excuses come on guys, quit slacking

We go to Chipotle at least once a week (different locations): bowl was 2/3 of regular size, chicken was too spicy, however staff was friendly.

I had not eaten at this location in probably over a year, or any location actually. After I left I started to remember why I had not been here for so long. It's Chipotle, they are all basically the same. Mediocre food, outrageously high prices, and average service (at best). Depending on your expectations, you might just be better off going somewhere else.
(There is a really good spot across the street...)

I like that they have many options. You can do vegetarian or total carnival. Their bowls are very good. Plenty of topping options. I also found out a few days ago they have tacos...who knew? I just wish they weren't so sparingly with their meats. Especially chicken, I always have to order extra. It's $4. The chips are really good as well. Staff are always pretty friendly.

The customer service and place is overall nice, it’s just the portion of food. The portion is very small compared to the Chipotle I usually go to. It feels like half a bowl rather than a full bowl. Also, they literally gave me barely any sour cream on top. The size was like a kid’s meal. Barely any rice. Wouldn’t go here again. But, customer service wasn’t bad.

I ordered online - to be picked up. When I get there at the designated time the workers are standing around and my ticket order is hanging on the wall. The workers are so slow to start. A line comes in, that they start to make the line orders and tell me “we will get to yours after”. I say no problem and sit down. The worker then tells me we have to make the sauce that your ordered. And I said it’s ok you can just refund me - he tells me that online orders can’t be refunded in store. I say ok I’ll wait. I ask for a vinaigrette sauce that just got brought out with lids on the cup, the employee takes a cup to the back, and then comes back out 10 seconds later resealing the lid. I put it off to side and ask a different employee for a vinaigrette and she gives it to me right away without taking it to back. The orders were not made correctly, they were mixed between my bowl and my brothers. This employee was so rude.

Food is always great. Depending on what time you go during the day could be full long lines. Notice the trash is usually full and tables, not really kept up with, other than that good place for lunch.

The food and service has been declining for about a year. The distinct flavors are now muted and bland. Even the medium salsa is boring, lacks flavor. The real disappointment is this store is normally understaffed, which leads to longer wait times and discusting food remnants on the food prep area. The trash receptacles are always overflowing inside and out. Today we finally said we have to quit eating at this one as there was one staff member for the entire front service area, he had to service both food prep areas and run the cash register. It was a painfully slow process, the people behind us left the store.

Don’t bother ordering online. It’s faster to wait in line when you get there than the time between when my food is supposed to be ready and when I actually get it. Every single time. Clearly under staffed or poor communication.
