The owners of this place should be ashamed! $10 for a scoop of ice cream….

These guys charged me $15 for two kid's cups, not small, kid's cups. Inflation is one thing, this is a huge gouge! Never again will I patronize this establishment. Rip off!

We've been coming here for more than a decade. This place is very uneven. Sometimes ice cream is good, other times quite bland. Most recently, their tiny chocolate chip cookies went from one dollar each to five dollars each overnight. That's ridiculous. Due to price gouging, we won't be back.

I was BEYOND disappointed with our visit Friday, 12/08 at around 7:30pm. We walk in to find two team members working behind the counter, a young girl and guy. The girl was ringing up some teens when we walked in and then started making something like a milkshake, something that kept her busy with a blender for a bit. The only other attendant for a while was the guy. He is a 16-17 year old kid with long, blonde hair. Everything about this kid screams Jeff Spicoli. He was chit chatting with some other teens who had ordered 1 ice cream (no mix ins, mind you) who he recognized. The main patron he was interacting with didn't seem interested in chatting with him but still this employee kept trying to engage the conversation and had no sense of urgency to finish up with him to help us. I was hoping the girl would finish first so she could help us since she did seem to be on it but we got stuck with the guy. I wanted the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some. Since we had been waiting so long, I read the whole menu and knew what was supposed to be in it. I ordered it and he said they were out of cookie dough ice cream. I said but I thought it was made with French vanilla ice cream? He reads a little cheat sheet they have behind the counter and goes oh yeah! I'm thinking oh boy He starts getting the ingredients and mixing it when he stops and is staring down at my ice cream without moving. I'm thinking he's stoned out of his mind. I realize he made eye contact with a girl who walked in and was at the end of the line (mind you, there is a line behind us) and he was in shock that she was here I guess. As he is ringing us up I got a glimpse of the face of the girl working with him. She is miserable!! I can imagine her frustration knowing it's just her and this guy working on a Friday night. We didn't even get our napkins and walk out before the guy ran out to meet his gal outside. I guess he decided it was now his break time since his girl came to visit him? I counted at least 5 people still waiting in there as this moron went outside to see his girlfriend and the poor girl is now all alone to make all the ice cream and ring people up. When we got in the car and finally tasted the ice cream I was so disappointed! He didn't even mix it all together, he just mixed the chocolate and caramel syrup on the outside of the ice cream so I had a ball of hard French vanilla ice cream on the inside and all the syrups and huge chunks of cookie dough just floating around it. He didn't break up the chunks of cookie dough so at one point I got a bite of a cookie dough piece the size of a silver dollar when that is supposed to be broken up and mixed with the ice cream and syrups! This guy should seriously be looked at by management. BELIEVE ME, no one understands more than me how tough it is to staff places like this. I ran locations of a well known Chinese chain for over a decade until changing careers last year and at the end, I was 8 months pregnant and working 14 hours on my feet, cooking with my team or taking orders and packing food all because no one want to work these days. However, on a Friday night, you don't place a guy like this on your roster unless you yourself, the manager or owner, are willing to work side by side with him to see what it's like to deal with him and do all the work while keeping him on task.

My husband has visited here many times during our stays over the years, and has always been very satisfied with the service and the ice cream.

I've been going to this cold stone since it opened and it was become so disgusting and run down over the years. The staff has become so rude and lazy. It's also the only cold stone that I've been to that has claimed they don't do mix in for kids. I've never had an issue at any other cold stone and it just seems absolutely ridiculous and lazy to insist that they don't do the one thing that they are know for just because it's a kids size.

Easy access to this location near the beach and on the street leading to the pier. Delicious flavors and options. A bit expensive and when I was there Sat night a small line and waited about 25 min. I did a custom ice cream @cheesecake , pie crust, almonds and fudge.

Crew of 5-6, idiotic behavior. Ask them to take your order. Rather not! Because only 1 has to work at a time. They said only 1 person takes your whole parties order. We were a party of 6. Not much else in line at our time

Did they change their ingredients to their ice cream? The mint choc chip ice cream tastes like it had been freezer burner - all gummy- bad flavor not creamy at all. Sticky, gummy. Chocolate tasted like wax

Well, first, the service. The girl greeted us kindly, but then it seemed like we were bugging her for being there. She not only spent most of her time talking to her coworker while doing my mix ins, but she left half the mixins and ice cream on the stone. She did this both for mine and my fiances. Yet she surely charged for the mix-ins. Why wouldn't she just put it all in the cup?? Just waste it? She was non chalant and really wasn't into doing her job at all. It was apparent. Now for cold stone. While I know it's a high traffic location , you need to be up on the cleanliness and the inventory. The girl who didn't want to be there informed us they had no peanut butter at all. Although their menu has like a 3rd of items requiring it. This was a bummer since both out items include peanut butter. But we opted for reeses cups chopped in. At least that would be something.........WRONG! She hardly chopped it up and mixed it in, so it was not a great substitute. The store should be kept up and kept clean, and the ingredients for the top items on order should be kept in stock or go get them! I am very disappointed with this location. I've been at this location a few times, but last night was the worst experience I've had at a coldstone anywhere.

First thing I noticed is it is hot when you walk in! Really ? A hot ice cream shop. The owner is a Russian woman who is rude, does not care about customer service and could care less if you buy from her or not. Ice cream was melted but they dont care. The rudeness of the owner Narnia rubs off on the employees unless this place is just a miserable place to work. Sad because this location is perfect. If it was any where else it would have already failed. I know I will never visit again.
